On march 12th my wife and I took my ultrabook too Mr. Bashir. My problem had already been determined beforehand and was confirmed at the time of drop off. They checked my power adapter and showed no power, I asked for a recheck as I had done this myself and to their surprise...it works. I should have trusted my initial instinct to repair it myself after that, but I have a less than steady hand to solder with. 8 days and $150 I was told it would take, 2 weeks later I was called to come pick it up. To much surprise there it was on the counter...yet no working keyboard (supposedly NUM lock, yet it took another week to get a call so who knows). So it wasnt done and I was told 2 more days. One week later(not 2 days) I get a call saying its having a problem charging now (so then it WASNT done before?!). Apparently Mr. Bashir did not have the tools to fix my issue and had been sending my laptop to Miami without my knowledge and consent. I asked for it back and he had sent it off already once again. Now, April 20th, I picked up my laptop, to much surprise it is charging, but was told not to use my own charger, one that charges the same model laptop just fine? So its not fixed then is it. None of these issues my laptop went in for, it wouldnt boot at all, but my adapter and battery were fine. Poor judgement, falsities, and misdirection do not belong in this industry (or any small business that wants to thrive). I am more than dissatisfied and feel less than comfortable about having to pay $175 to take my laptop home ($25 more than discussed mind you). I do however have a supposed 90 day waruntee that will probably be taken advantage of given my lack of trust in his (or whoevers at this point) work. I heard all the explanations in store at pickup, there should not have been any need to reach out to me to rationalize after the fact. The date printed on the invoice does indeed say the 24th of 1991 sir...that is my birth date..not the drop off date. Mind you, we both have a copy of the same invoice, I urge you to reread.

We dropped our laptop off on the 12th because of an issue with the motherboard that was not allowing it to charge. These guys jerked us around for over 5 weeks. They never called when they said they would. We had to call and check up on the computer over and over again. They never gave us straight answers. They were rude. Frequently telling us we "didnt understand the problem". They broke our keyboard in the process and then refused to give us back the computer when we asked. They sent it out against our wishes to Miami etc etc etc. In the end we got the computer back 4 weeks late, and paid 25 dollars MORE than we were quoted just so we could get the computer back. I would absolutely NEVER do business with these guys again. Horrible experience. [edit] you can clearly see by the way this guy is talking to me how unprofessionally he runs his business. Telling me to come to his place of work with 3 friends. I have an invoice stating the issue with the laptop was that it would not power on. At the time of drop off there was no problem with the video. Im not really sure what this mans problem is, but his behavior is childish.

Talk about courteous and competent service! These guys know their craft. I love doing business with companies who have true integrity and actually care about the people who they are providing a service. My screen on my laptop was showing pink. I was told my computer should be ready within 3-4 days. It received a call the next day advising my computer was ready for pickup. Not only did they fix the screen they repaired some other things on my computer that needed attention with no additional charge. I am well pleased.

I was visiting my father in Fern Park and he had some major computer problems. I went to PC House, and spoke with the president, Mr. Bashir. He was very competent and gave me several alternatives as to how he could upgrade my dads computer from XP to Windows 7. My father brought his computer in on Monday, and by Wednesday he had it back. Mr. Bashir even made sure his printer would work with the new OS. Everything is working well and my father is getting used to his new system. The price was very fair.

Muhammad and Yamos were very very experienced and nice. They were very courteous and explained everything to me about the issues with my PC I would recommend them to everybody if you have computer problems please go see them they are the best

Ive Known These People For A Long Time Second Time Ive Brought My Computers To Them They Are Reasonable And Do Wonderful Work No Issues...Would Recommend To Anyone!!!
