Luxury Finish Detailing

I brought my business to CPR expecting to receive a thorough a thorough job, the first time. The screen from my phone had seperated from the housing. I was told they could try and repair it or replace the screen or it could be the battery pushing it out. So I figure at least its worth a shot to try and repair it. Thinking that they would use process of elimination to figure out why the screen was coming off. I was wrong. I paid $41.73 for them to heat up the glass and try to push it to stick. I was then offered to put the money I just paid for nothing towards a $79 to replace the battery which they werent sure if that was the problem. So I opted not to pay more money because I would most likely be paying for a part I didnt need. I took my business to Cellairis and left completely satisfied and a phone screen that is intact, which is what I wanted. My suggestion to CPR, if you charge a bench diagnostic fee to attempt a repair, figure out what needs repaired and convey that to the customer first.

If you are considering going here for a repair please read this, this place is absolute trash, they claimed they could repairy ps4 hdmi port so I handed it over at the cost of 140$, after 2 gruelling weeks of waiting they call and say they can not fix it(maybe due to lack of ecperience and or the drive to do so), so they say I can come pick it up and they are "sorry", so I go to pick up my ps4 and they charged me 40$ out of the 140$ for apparent "labor cost" so ultimately a big waiste of god damn time, I wouldnt recomend this place to my worst enemy, on top of it all as we are waiting at the store for them to bring me my ps4 they not only forgot my power cord but a customer who used their services had come in and complained that they broke his phone screen (as a result of an attempted screen repair) if you go to this place for a repair you are either deaperate or dumb, good luck!

Well the staff is friendly, but their product is garbage. They replaced the screen on my phone, but then it stopped working. I took it in and they told me that the digitizer had gone bad, and that is covered by warranty. Unfortunately my screen has a crack which voids the warranty. In my opinion, a screen that is comparable to the original (which is what they claimed it was) should not have cracked in an Otterbox Survivor case in my pocket! Oh yeah, and this was all within 4 months of having it replaced! They offered to replace the screen at full cost, but they would throw in a free screen protector! Gee...thanks...I get a free screen protector but pay more than what the phone cost originally!! Ill pass, and I recommend that others do as well.

I came here after a bad experience at the Apple Store in Eton. I needed my iPad screen fixed. I was quoted over $300 at Apple. I decided to come here afterwards to see what theyd say. Apple told me that it was impossible to fix the screen on an iPad, and theyd have to replace my iPad with another one for the price they quoted me. The staff at CPR quoted me $129 to fix that same iPad. I picked it up later that day and it was like nothing ever happened. Ill definitely come back. I guess they fix a lot of stuff like computers, phones and tablets. I worked with Gerald. He was professional and understanding. While he wasnt as flowery as someone at the Apple Store, he got the job done for me at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

After having my iPad "repaired" there after several attempts (3 visits), they placed a thicker less responsive screen in the body of the iPad which added weight With the thicker glass, the home button recedes into the screen about 1 mm in depth. I complained about it and they shimmed the button further into the screen to the point where you dont have to push the Home button to make contact, just barely touch it. Maybe than can do other things, but fixing my iPad was disappointing, I recommend having apple do an out of warranty replacement if you want your device to be the same as before you damaged it. Apple out of warranty replacements are up to 299.00 on newer generation models which is my only caveat.

Procrastination on repairs, expensive, no communication from them, inexperience or lack of knowledge, end result= waste of time and money. UPDATE- seriously. These people were clueless because we sent our ps4 to tronicsfix and it was fixed in a week- half the time- for about $50 less. The people at tronicsfix said that the "repair" CPR did was butchered. Prongs soldered together and much worse. No wonder our ps4 still read no signal. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you want a console repaired send it in to tronicsfix.

Gerald is the operator and a nicer guy would be hard to find. IPad repair in one day. Every question I had was quickly answered and the repair is great. I would advise anyone with an electronics problem to check CPR Cell Phone Repair, the prices are fair, the service is the best, and the repair is excellent.

had the screen on my I pad replaced. works great with no issues. also bought a tempered glass screen protector for my phone. love it! its my second one is got from then,I changed phone models. had one for my old phone too. definitely glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Had the front of me screen replaced on my iPhone , I got it back later that day and the screen kept freezing. Also the sound was extremely muffled when talking on phone or FaceTime. Paid $200 for them to break my phone. Ill be back there first thing in the morning.

CPR did a great job of transferring photos and contacts to a replacement phone after I was told by AT&T it couldnt be done. Both men I spoke to were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

I had a TERRIFIC EXPERIECE. Knowledgeable and polite staff, what I felt were really reasonable prices, walked a few doors down and had a yummy lunch and came back to a repaired phone AND tablet! Life is really good!
