Absolutely great, affordable and fast service! I would definitely recommend them for whoever needs to repair their computer. I have a Macbook Pro laptop and the hard drive failed. They were able to recover all my data on the hard drive and transfer it to a new one, which was actually more stable then the one I had. I was able to receive my laptop the very next day. The guys who work there are also very friendly, so overall great customer service!!

Very friendly and helpful, however I was told that they would diagnose it for free, but they repaired it of one issue before asking and said they couldnt repair the problem I brought it in for but charged a full repair charge anyway. I understand that nobody at present could repair the problem I had but I should have been notified first and given the chance to decline any repair at all. Be careful, just sayin

thought i needed a 70.00 clean out of my computer,he hooked up my computer as i was standing there,,2 minutes later he said he found the problem why i had no disk space,he changed a couple of the settings ,and charged 20.00,this guy could have ripped me off ,but he was so honest .i will be a loyal customer for life
