My mother and I simply came to pick up some soy milk and eggs for the house. As we approached the cashier, even though it was about half hour to closing, she greeted us with a warm smile and a positive attitude. She also noticed that we had a Silk brand soy milk and she notified us that they had a BOGO on any carton of Silk soy or almond milk products. Considering my mother and I drink soy milk regularly, we thanked her for offering that to us and we quickly went and grabbed a second carton. Small acts of great customer service even 30 minutes to closing, can make all the difference to a customer.

I try not to come to this particular Publix but sometimes have to. I have only come here in the morning during the week 3 times so I cant say much about this particular Publix otherwise.The first two times, all the staff were friendly EXCLUDING the cashier. She is the usually the only cashier at that time in the morning. She doesnt seem to like her job very much. She is rude and despite the fact that I am very polite, she continues to be unpleasent. This was the last straw. I will never come back here again.

Friendly service, quick check out and everything makes you want to purchase it because as you enter the store, the aroma is so enticing and the displays are inviting! Their prices are a bit more than Walmart, but for what you get and the atmosphere while shopping; I would go here any day over a crowded, messy, slow, smelly store like Walmart!!

Nicole is the best cashier Ive ever had help me. She really went above and beyond for me when I forgot my card at home and had to go get it. The employees there put my items in the cooler for me until I got back to pay for them and upon my return was able to cash out immediately. I never expected such great customer service!

I enjoy shopping here, with the exception of one deli worker who is extremely rude and nothing seems to ever be done about since she still works here. Also, check expiration dates on items that are on clearance. Twice now I have purchased food and medications that were on clearance and expired.

The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Customer service at its best! The produce is excellent quality as well as the meats. Pricing is a bit higher than other supermarkets, but the cleanliness and the customer service far exceeds that of other supermarkets.

Shopping experience is always so pleasant. I actually look forward to going here. Walmart generally beats them on price, but Publix beats them on selection and service. You can save money I think if you stick to their buy 1 get 1 sales or stock up at those times.

Fantastic!!! The Deli staff had my party sandwich ready before I arrived. I went to the Bakery department and they graciously wrote what I asked to have something on the large chocolate chip cookie for Fathers Day.

This Publix is one of the best supermarkets in St Cloud. They have a sushi chef make fresh sushi every day and there fried chicken is not that bad.
