Its so nice to have Sallys here in Riverview. I was pleased to see a decent ethnic hair care section. This store isnt as big as the Brandon store therefore they dont have the same capacity but for the most part they seem to be well stocked. I was impressed with the customer service. Fabian and another African American gentlemen were extremely polite to ever customer that walked in. Its nice to see people that care about the customers. I look forward to shopping here in the future.

Worst customer service ever. I called to get a product for my wife. I got a really crappy rep on the phone who asked about my product "or something" to a woman in the background. They said they dont do that treatment any longer despite the fact I was looking for a product. Awful.
