I went in yesterday looking for a product that they carry. When I walked in to the store I wasnt greeted at all. I walked around the store searching for the items and there werent any. So I asked the lady at the counter if they had any in stock. She said they have a new shipment coming in tomorrow and to come back. I went in today (once again I wasnt greeted) I walked past the associate from yesterday and she mumbled under her breath "I hate this job" as she was putting something away. That really didnt bother me because I was focused on one thing. I walked to the shelf for the product and there still wasnt any. I walked up to the same lady I talked to yesterday and I asked if the new shipment came in. She replied very rudely and said "YES". I asked if the product came in. She said "maybe, but I havent checked the boxes but you can call us later tonight to see IF we opened it". I dont know about anyone else but this is not what I call good customer service! I will NEVER go to another Sallys. I rather travel the extra miles and spend my money at ULTA where Ill be welcomed and assisted. My time is very valuable and to have to go back after the associate advised me and to STILL not get what I need is just RIDICULOUS! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. ITS NOT WORTH IT....TRUST ME!
