Not overly helpful. The two clerks on the clock the evening I went in were in the process of restocking shelves, chatting amongst themselves and were clearly in a rush to close up and get out of there. I felt a little pressure to renew my Sallys Discount card even having had to ask to take it off the bill bc it was rung in but I did not have the cash on me to renew it that day. A little uncomfortable experience but clean store, good location, prices fair and the same as all the Sallys Ive been to locally.

When up to the counter to pay they said both my credits and then my debit card would not go through. The cashier really could care less! She also was overcharging us! So I went to the other Sallys on Siesta that was helpful and cashier knew what she was doing!!! Find associates care!!

Poor customer service. Advised me incorrectly on product resulting in damaged hair then didnt want to refund or exchange when the receipt clearly states they will do just that.

Typical Sallys, nice selection. Sometimes the workers are friendly and helpful and sometimes theyre not. Seems like a high turnover rate.
