I worked here and Im most definitely looking for something else not enough money for the amount of work you do and the stupidity you deal with daily 1)People who work in a hair store do not test every product and the hair store so we may not know exactly what the product is like in fact it wouldnt even be safe to just try any and everything to satisfy the customer at least I Wont dont really care that much. 2)READING IS FUNDAMENTAL the customers do not take the time and read at ALL! 3) THIS PARTICULAR BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE IS OPEN ABOUT 12hours a Day so NO nobodys going to stay after closing so you can pick up those last minute lashes or braiding hair sorry not sorry 3)LETS BE HONEST any other hairstore you go to nobody is going to take the time to help you its simply hey get what you need and get out! 4)CUSTOMERS WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO CONTROL THERE KIDS IF YOUR CHILD IS IN THE STORE RUNNING ITS NOT MY PLACE TO TELL THEM TO STOP JUST LIKE ITS NOT GOING TO BE MY PLACE TO ASK IF THERE OK WHEN THEY GET HURT 5)MANAGEMENT SUCKED AND ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL

Bad customer service. I walked in and I heard the man behind the counter say good morning. I assumed he was speaking to me. He said oh I was on the phone I wasnt talking to you. I was like wow and ignored him. I looked at the product and was helped. The girl was friendly. When it was time to check out the customer in front of me had some major delay. Instead of checking me out as her problem was being worked on I had to wait. Because I waited so long I second guessed myself. I should have left but I waited forever purchased my products and I have regretted it since. Sometimes its not about money, its about customer service. The one in University area has this store beat 110%. This store may be down the street from me but I will never give my money to them again. Get your attitudes together. Ridiculous. uggh.
