As far as the service in the back where you can get your hair done its great. I loved the woman who had cut my hair!!! Now the owner (the woman) horrible customer service. I will never shop there again! I do plan on letting the nice lady in the back do my hair but i will buy my products else where and bring it in the store. I saw some hair i was interested in but it was a 8" which i dont care for. There was a mannequin with the same hair but looked longer. The asian woman said that it was the same hair and that it was the 8". Now around the mannequins neck was a sticker that said 12" and i asked her about it and she said it had to do with the head not the hair. My boyfriend was with me and hearing everything. So going off of what the owner said i purchased the hair. When i got home i opened the pack and unwrapped it and could definitely tell it wasnt the same length as on the mannequin. I wrapped it back up the best i could and the next morning called the owner. She asked if i opened it and i told her yes but i didnt use it. She then asked if i cut it and i said no. Thats when she said to bring it in to exchange it. I went to the store she looked at it and she said that i had to keep it because it had been opened (mind you i told her this already over the phone) I explained to her that i am not asking for a refund i just want a longer length which i felt was justified since in my eyes it was false advertising by the owner. She said that she never said that it was the 8" hair on the mannequin but only the same style(which was a complete lie) She then kept telling me no very rudely because she wont be able to resell it even though the hair was still brand new. We ended up getting into a huge argument and her husband (the owner as well) stepped in. While he was trying to explain to me and to make me happy the best he could his wife was talking loud and i guess she felt intimidated because i have a pretty good vocabulary and tried to use that as some sort of shot toward me. (how, i dont know). So as the man is helping me she contiunes talking but in what ever language it was that they speak. So folks PLEASE i beg you if you need your hair products go else where. Honestly i seen other hair stores for cheaper any way..Just needed to vent that out!!!

I will never go back to that store again. The owner of the store (Michelle is her name) is very rude and has horrible customer service skills. I noticed someone wrote a review stating as long as you dont try to cheat them and act ghetto, you will get A+ customer service! Which is wrong!!! I’m definitely not ghetto and I always pay for my services. Before one of the ladies left I went there to get my hair done by one of the stylist in the hair salon back in 2009-2010. About two or three weeks ago was my first time going back there since 2010. While catching up with her she spoke very bad of the stylist that left the store.. That should have been a red flag for me but nevertheless I stayed and had my lashes done. I only go there to get my lashes or eyebrows done. And the two times I went she was very rude.. It looks like she is only nice to the ones she knows or if you are buying hair products. One time she even stopped in the middle of doing someone lashes to help another customer which great customer service to the lady she helped but not the person in the chair.. She was gone for over 10min and had a line of people waiting on her. It’s not like she does not have other people working in the store to help the customers. My last straw was that she does not tell people beforehand that she is done for the day with doing lashes. She will have people sitting there waiting for 15-20min before letting them know… This is not A+ customer service..

Best shopping experience Ive had in a beauty supply store in my life, and Im not exaggerating. I always get anxiety when going to beauty supply stores. Time after time I have either experienced rude unhelpful store clerks and, or have to put up with finding things on my own in a store environment thats unorganized and filthy. Yet this store was well organized and shockingly an employee there said four words to my family and I, that I never have heard in a beauty supply shop, "Can I help you?". I got everything I needed with help,so I will definitely return here in the near future. On a side note I live over 60 miles away from this store, and have been to several beauty supply shops closer in radius to my residence and Diva Beauty Supplies is far more superior than all those.

Michelle has a very very nasty attitude with her customers at times. Her husband is very very nice and is always nice and friendly. I was treated so bad the last couple of times I went by her that I vowed to not get my lashes done by her ever again in life. She got an attitude with me for blinking because the glue was burning my eyes. She is VERY VERY IMPATIENT!!! I wont ever give them business again!!! In a way thats been good because now my lashes have grown beautifully. Were bringing her business, but yet she acts as if she is doing us a favor.
