Unique Creation

Ive given this place chance after chance and they fail every single time. I went today for chocolate hair, the price display said $23.99 but when I got up to the register it rung up higher. I brought this to the girls attention and she moved me to the side to check someone else out while another store member went and confirmed the price. The girl comes back and says the hair was actually supposed to had been $18.99 a pack. The cashier said she didnt believe it and made the girl run back again to check the price. The girl then goes back, pull a different price display and now says its supposed to have been $24.99 a pack but "a customer switched the sign"

I love this beauty supply stores its one of my favorite. This is my go to store the employees there are are great and helpful. My favorite employee is Angie she is great with everything from products to hair extensions. While shopping at this location Angie walked me through step by step on how to color my real hair and my hair extensions and what products to buy and even how to care for my hair after the color treatments and it turned out great. I can walk in and get help for just about anything.

This location never disappoints. For everyone that shops there pay attention to your prices at the register. Especially when youre buying multiple items for one price. The price difference may be small but if no one pays attention their making a lot of money off of all the customers. Youre better off supporting one of the smaller stores and shoppibg locally.

Poor service, I asked helper in pink jacket to assist me i was in a hurry and needed edge control. She pointed in a direction. I asked what isle you pointing to she replied over there (I was interrupting her gossip session). However when I got to the register I couldnt. I told cashier thats ok and went to peoples.

Terrible. Bought bundles from here for $400 and it fell apart when my beautician dyed it. Took it back to get a refund or exchange and they argued that I didnt get the hair from their store and that it couldnt be the same hair. I will NEVER return here.

I love this beauty supply store! It has well-known products that range from natural hair care to hair extensions care. The employees are always willing to help you find exactly what you need. Its also very organized and clean.

Staff are told to watch blacks in the store..and they too are blacks! Stared me and my daughter down as we looked on 2 seperate isles. Never went back..will shop else where!

Got all you need! Love their .99 eye lashes. Use to go to Sallys Beauty Supply and pay 4.99 for Ardell eye lashes but theirs are just as good.
