I WOULD NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE , NOT EVEN IF THAT WAS THE LAST STORE IN TOWN, I WOULD GO OUT OF TOWN AND SHOP FOR PRODUCTS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, COUNTER PEOPLE HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES AND THE STORE MANAGERS ARE NO BETTER THEMSELVES. I HAD AN IN STORE CREDIT FOR $235 AND MY WALLET WAS STOLEN ALONG WITH MY RECEIPT AND THEY SHOWED NO SYMPTOM AND NO WILLINGNESS TO HELP ME AT ALL. THIS GUY WHO CLAIMS THAT HE IS THE GM AND SAYS HIS NAME IS JOE, SAID TO ME " THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO FOR ME AND I WOULD JUST HAVE TO SUCK IT UP." THAT EXPERIENCE ALONE, I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THAT STORE. AND WE AS AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE JUST MAKING THESE CHINESE STORE OWNERS RICH, OVER PRODUCTS THAT THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT.

Ive been going to this store for years because of the staff friendliness specially the black guy with dreads. I pass ove 10 beauty supplies because of the service. However today was a different story. There were two black females that were so rude. I will never have them in my business. They rolled their eyes every time we asked for help. One was mumbling every time we asked for help. I just can not believe their level of unfriendliness and unprofessional. Unfortunately the owners were not there for us to bring the issue up. I hope this review will change their attitude. Because we can just go to ebony accross the street. And when the store is slow they will just reduce their hour then they will start complaining.

This Kims beauty supplies sells cheap human hair advertised as premium hair ,however its mixed human and synthetic hair .I would tell anyone do not buy the Jazz human hair it will fizz up and after washing it Matts up into knots up and tangles up seriously especially the longer inches.An this happen to me after all of nine days and the owner/manager would not resolve it he did not offer to replace it or call the company to replace it or return my money .It cost me two hundred and fifty bucks to have it sew in.The only option given was 30% off some more hair now tell me would you reinvest with this company.I think not definitely reporting to bbb

DO NOT BUY A WIG FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Their wigs fall apart even though they say they are human hair. I paid 300.00 dollars for a wig that does not curl and has lost massive amounts of hair in just shy of 2 weeks. They will never see another penny of mine and suggest you spend your money else where like Ebonys. They have never steered me wrong and I have always had an amazing experience with Ebony.

I called Kims to see how much an item was because I dont live in the area so I wanted to make sure they had the item and how much it cost before I went. When I called the man said they dont give prices over the phone. How stupid is that?!? If he would of gave me the price I would of drove over there but his loss, ill spend my money at a place that is actually helpful!

Horrible..I purchased the Jazz Wave, supposedly "human" hair from Kims..within 1 day this hair tangled, dried out and was a ball of mess. Im sure this isnt the first complaint theyve received about this hair. I feel they are knowingly selling bad products. Complete waste of time and money, they will never get my service again.

Kims always friendly and most of the time you can get whatre looking for, great customer service I do get every time I go there, unable to speak for anyone else.. Thats my store or I can go straight across the street to Ebonys and see what else I can purchase, either way.
