I have shopped at this establishment since it has opened and bought everything from make-up, extensions, to child hairbows but Never again!! I recently purchased extensions but didnt open until I got to my beauticians salon. To my surprise open one of the two 12 inches and its 10 inches rather than 12. Immediately know that I need to contact them and they will make it right due to customer loyalty and service that they normally give...Owner says take a picture which I do and i even do video so that he can see before we even use it. I let him know I will be there when I come from work. Get there ask to speak with the owner, hes not there but speak to his wife. She says its a misprint and its really 12. I explain to her I just wanted a refund or credit to what I purchased. She then says no because its not her fault and its really 12 even though the outside and inside is different even though we messed ALL this before using. At this point the husband looks at says the same thing we both exchange the same words again. I explain Im an honorable person and have no reason to be trying something you can see from account that I come often and pay with no problems!! So wouldnt make sense to do that now...he then says "Im probably trying to steal or something and says to take the hair back!!" A hard working a woman of 3jobs sir can take her business somewhere else!!!

There has been a few bad reviews but if youre our regular customers, youd know theyre completely false informations. There are always stories from both sides. Please dont judge us from their one sided stories. Store policies are there to benefit and protect both store AND customers. Example: a customer opens and dip their fingers into the products. Then another customer buys it, gets home to find a finger markings in their products... Some said were racist. That is completely ignorant comment which is laughable. We employ all nationalities and our customers are from everywhere. Again, if youre our regular, youd know better. Subject on the theft. In my experience, no matter what color, there are few bad apples. So, please lets not stereotype on one certain race. We are one HUMAN race! We love our customers. We always appreciate your business and your friendship.

Always somethin when you come in this store they watch the camera as if everyone steals also if the item rings up cheaper at the reg they mark it back up sayin it was a miss mark up some of the workers are very rude especially the owners son ...He follows you around n then watches the camera very unprofessional i have work whit the public 4 years n what it ring up thats the price also we never follow customer automatically asummin there are shoplifters

As a frequent beauty supply store shopper, I will say that Beauty & Beauty is one of the best. Their customer service is impeccable, they always have what I am looking for and they have great prices. Since I found Beauty & Beauty, I dont really shop anywhere else for my hair and beauty needs!
