I thought maybe I was being super sensitive but I see by the reviews is not just me. My first time in this store I was purchasing an urban decay palette abs the sales associate Becca was helping me. She was really kind but there was another associate ( short, with medium long blonde hair) that kept telling her to help other clients. She seemed to insist on making her help other people even though she was busy with me. It was so frustrating that I wanted to talk to the manager. Margo the manager apologized profusely and insisted that this was not typical behavior of the associates. She gave me some samples and was very pleasant. I dismissed that experience and decided to visit a second time. I saw the same rude associate from the first visit so walked directly in front of me as I walked in. She did not greet me or the person that came in behind me in fact she was pretty nasty as if our business wasnt welcome. She walked to the back of the store some to another associate and then that associate came to where my mom and I were but not to assist, just to watch. I was annoyed beyond by this point. Not only did I see several employees sitting around ignoring customers they just werent kind. Ulta in Northdale get it together. This store disgusts me to no end. I will never shop here or ANY OTHER Ulta store ever again because of the blatant disrespect you show to your customers.

Worst customer service ever. I became a platinum member in 3 months, Id shop at ulta weekly and was so excited one opened less than a mile away! Then I went in to try their salon services and it went horrible! They overbook themselves so I was literally getting highlights and cut by a girl who was also doing highlights and cut on another customer! She kept jumping back and forth. My haircut... she spent less then five minutes on it and she was barely paying attention. Instead was staring off at some girl that was training. I looked at the floor and couldnt even see hair on the ground! I was so sad and disappointed. I had waiting so long to get my hair done in a salon. The girls that work up front are so self absorbed, doing their own make up while Im trying to find help. They are snobby and just unapproachable. I havent stepped back into an ulta since that day. And I refuse to ever buy anything from Ulta again. Called customer service and they said I cant get a refund, my only option was to go back to the salon so that she can "fix it". WHY would I ever trust them with my hair again? Horrible experience, never again!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I walked in, wasnt even greeted because all the cashiers were too busy talking to each other. Then a lady comes and ask if she can help me, I tell her yes please, and I asked her to help me match a foundation. I normally buy juice beauty but I wanted to try urban decays foundation and shes like "urban decay isnt vegan!" And I told her yes I know their are not vegan, thats not what I asked you, I asked you to help me match a foundation for my skin tone and she said "I work for benefits, so when your ready to let me take ur makeup off and test the foundation on you then let me know!" And she just walked away. I left immediately!! I will never ever come back here, I ALWAYS have an issue when I come to this location. Ill drive the extra miles to the citrus park location. I know they are very helpful and always treat me great over there and dont tel their customers that they only work for benefits and not customer service!

I usually love Ulta, but for some reason, everyone that works here is especially rude and trashy. Super annoyed, one in particular wouldnt even listen to my question/ look at the product before telling me no. I saw online that there was a travel size of a product I wanted in stock here. When I showed the associate the full size product and asked if it was in some random place in the store, without even looking she says, "we dont have anything in the back." Im like well Im not asking in the back, just placed somewhere around the store since they have random displays around with travel size products, without even looking at what I was holding she just repeats what she said 5 secs prior like Im deaf or something. Ill probably go back because I love the Living Proof hair care line, but wont bother talking to anyone.

The store is a regular ulta. Good prices and variety of products but the staff isnt the easiest to get along with. When I went they were all standing around talking and you had to ask them to move if you wanted to get through. At check out they "forced" me to become a member. The girl was nice but I didnt want to spend the time telling her my info... She asked if I was a member but I said no so she started to ask for my information before I could say no.

Worst customer service EVER! The girls that work here are so stuck up and make the whole experience uncomfortable. They spend more time talking to each other than they do talking to customers, and will blatantly ignore you or give you a dirty look when you walk up to them as if youre Ridley interrupting their conversation...while theyre supposed to be working! What a joke. Used to love Ulta! This store changed my mind.

Ulta has the WORST return policy in retails. Not to mention, the employees at this location, from the managers on down, are completely clueless. I will NEVER shop at another Ulta again and Ill be happy to tell all my friends about my poor experience because thats what youre most likely to do when you are unhappy with a business...you share.

Did not have a pleasant experience at this Ulta. I asked one of the women to assist me in finding a product and she stated she was going to see if they had it and get back with me, she never came back. Saw her helping somebody else right in front of me. I will never go back to this location.

I came in on a Sunday not knowing they closed so early (6 PM or so) and I was still helped up until that moment even with other customers inquiring in between me! The staff here are sweet and willing to help. It was my first time at this location and it wont be my last!
