Had GREAT service with Carla in appliances! (Pace, Fl) Went over all I was looking at & options,... sitting at the computer! I left feeling very informed & extremely grateful! When I was ready to move & needed to purchase my Refrigerator & my Washer and Dryer, I went back, specifically for Carla! I was terribly sick that day, terribly! My daughter extended her visit from North Carolina & left Friday instead of Tuesday, so she could help me with "every thing!," We went in to Home Depot, (I was praying the "black Friday prices were still going") & directly to Carla! She knew what I wanted & advised me (& daughter) on sizes, colors, services, prices..on what I had already decided to get - because of my service from Carla previously, recommendations, etc. The ONLY problem I had was with the delivery (NOT Carla!) Fridge was coming first, 12/7 just a FEW days later & it did (great guys) But the washer & dryer, & pedestals for each were coming separate days, LONG WAITS until 12/16 for washer & dryer not coming until DEC 23!!! Still I thought I could at least wash my clothes (eventually!,) & hang everything all over the house to dry! Anxiously waiting & I get a call, close to delivery day, saying that the washer was now BACKORDERED AGAIN, wont come until DEC. 31st!!! That REALLY upset me, & I finally found out that it was BACKORDERED BECAUSE THERE WERENT ENOUGH PEDESTALS! But they have the washers now & could deliver the pedestal later, when it arrived! I called Carla!!! for advice, because she said that they had to be delivered together - washer & pedestal - then dryer & pedestal, OR they wouldnt connect them. So NOW, what happens - Carla advised me to go ahead and get the washer - & the pedestal whenever it arrived. I was concerned about the hookup & Carla called the delivery people herself & spoke to the person I had spoken with. Then she called me back & said I would get the washer, which is available now, & if they dont do the hookup & again, the OTHER hookups when the rest arrived , "SHE WOULD COME HOOK THEM UP HERSELF!!!" Awesome Woman! Whatever she is getting paid, its NOT enough!!!

The last two times Ive been in the store have been the worst experiences ever. Last time I asked my wife to pick up some parts for our Cub Cadet mower. Gave her the model number and all the part numbers for what I needed. She asked for help when she got there and she was told they didnt have the parts and directed her to a local mower store. I went in and found everything in under three minutes. Today, I needed a threshold cover to transition the carpet to the tile on a concrete subfloor. I could only find ones for wood subfloor. I asked three different workers for help and was told they "should be over there with the others". Not one offered further assistance. I told the last worker that Ive looked several times and since I cant find them Ill have to go to another store. He said "Ok" without a care. I put everything from my cart back on the shelves and purchased nothing. I will either go to a Lowes from now on or make the drive to the Home Depot on 9 mile. At least they dont make you feel like youre bothering them when you ask for help. I highly advise to go to a different home depot!! I used to work at home Depot and this is not how I was taught. I called the store manager last time and he just said they have a lot of new employees.

I had picked out a paint color only to find out I picked the wrong color (my fault). We called the store and they told us to bring it in and they could adjust the color. James in the paint department saved me from an awful paint color. He added and adjusted until I thought it was the right color and assured me that if it wasnt right (I give him a ton of credit, I was trying to describe the color without an actual color to show him) I could bring it back which I did once more. The entire time he was extremely polite and very helpful. Not to mention this was on black friday weekend. The paint color looks great on our new porch!

Told I would get 25 dollars off purchase if I applied for home depot card.. Went through the process of applying an got accepted.What they didnt say is that I had to use the card then... Cancelled the hold deal... waste of my time an theres..Back to Lowes to shop from now on...... An the idiots still sent an active card...Bad business...

Typical big box , do-it-yourself, home improve store. You can usually find what you need, however, they are very slow in updating some of there inventory. Knowledge among the staff (regarding home improvement questions) is hit and miss....but they can usually find someone "in-house" to point you in the right direction.

Well,the $329.00 refrigerator did not meet free delivery-so I bought the $399.00 one(on sale),now it will be delivered!! Very nice salespeople but it still hurt to spend $$! Lol!! N they ordered my stereo for me whereas Wal-Mart failed! Thanks Home Depot!!

Well the garden center is their front door for me. Their employees are so very considerate to promptly load my things for me. This year its been rock and mulch. Lots of it and the occasional extra pretty plants that I keep finding there.

Web site said they had dryer in stock. I got there and it wasnt. Lowes site said their store down the street had 11 of the same dryer. Went there and they had 11 .....for the same price as Home Depot. Fix your website Home Depot.

I go here about twice a week, the employees are always extremely helpful and you can usually find one easy if you need to ask a question. Great customer service and you usually dont have to wait long in line.
