Mr. Burnham was beyond helpful. Id be lying if I said I wasnt hesitant at first when pulling into his storefront. What he lacks in curb appeal he truly makes up in his knowledge of appliances. We bought a washer and dryer set from him for under $400 total. He ran each of them to show us it worked. Everything comes with a 30 day part and labor warranty. We were the idiots and told him we have the wrong plug for the dryer, apparently you can have a three prong or a four prong outlet and each electrical hookup for these is different on each unit. We realized this only after getting home and trying to install it. We called him the next day and he said come on back and hed replace it. We asked if we could just bring the cable, because well dryers are kind of heavy to be carrying around town. When we got there he had two dryers pulled out with the back panels off. One was the cable hook up we needed and one was the one we had. He did this to show us how to properly hook ours up. This gesture just shows how genuine Burnham is, he really cares to go the extra mile. Its been a few weeks now and our washer and dryer is running strong. I highly recommend Burnham Appliance to anyone looking for a solid used washer/dryer.

I had a problem with a dryer I had purchased during the 30day period and Charles the owner came the same day to repair it. Well about 12weeks later I had a problem with it and it wasnt something that would be easy to fix. I was worried bc it was past the 30days and not to mention my receipt was gone. Charles and David both were very sweet and swapped it out for the same dryer without a hassle. I will recommend them to any and all!

quality used appliances and fair prices. run by good people and owner is a man of his word. the machine i bought had a minor hiccup, but i had lost the reciept. the owner remembered me and honored the warranty, coming by my house on his own time to fix the problem. excellent
