This locations customer service is second to none. I will buy here first whenever possible. We couldnt beat the price on their washer so we bought one used and it flooded a good portion of our first floor. Tommy, the manager handled everything quickly and professionally. We ended up getting a really good deal on a new unit. It turned out to be a big mess, the shipment of the new machine got delayed so we have been almost 2 months now without a washer, but, this Sears outlet did everything they could to keep us as customers.

Recently purchased a stove here. Service was efficient and they matched the online advertised price for my purchase. Floor staff introduced themselves, let me know they were available to assist but let me browse without smoothering me. I would not hesitate to shop here again.

My husband and I have been in this store 3 times. We were ready to purchase both times and the sales people walked by us and didnt even say anything NUMEROUS times. We were there for 30 minutes! !!!!!! Im so infuriated. Will never go back.

Not as expected. Discount prices here for heavily scarred appliances were the sale prices everywhere else for brand new. Would not recommend at all.
