A high school reunion every time I make a visit! If you are a local to the area this is pretty much your one stop shop to not only meeting new people, but reuniting with old friends. Very live and upbeat environment for anyone of all ages to enjoy, from upscale businesses to shop till you drop, all the way down to a train for children to ride around the mall on, as well as a trampoline located in the middle of the food court for all to enjoy. Quite the number of shops; maybe not as diverse as its sister malls Avenues and town center; but it gets the job done, always new shops filing in every year or so its constantly improving, thats what keeps me going apart from being joined to the hip with an AMC24, but definitely the 3rd runner up with the other 2 malls located within Jacksonville/OrangePark. 4/5

Every major city in the US has a mall just like OP mall. It is the one that isnt exactly the mall you WANT to go to but its the one closest to you that isnt completely scary. OP mall is my local mall and as a result I go there fairly frequently. It has most of the run-of-the-mill middle-America stores that you might desire but not many luxury options for the discerning buyer. For the high-end shopping experience youll have to go to St Johns Town Center... or Orlando. There is nothing wrong with OP mall exactly. It has become much rougher since we moved here - more arrests, more seedy-looking shoppers, etc - but still feels safe enough to bring my family. Its a fairly large mall so there is shopping aplenty and the layout is fairly logical so you dont have to worry about getting lost.

Sadly this mall is becoming the next regency square mall. I cannot take my family here anymore due to too many "incidents" involving verbal altercations and having my wife cat called on multiple occasions. The clientele is mostly younger teens to young adults that carry themselves as proud and confident... and lots of them. If you love Atlantas "freaknic" then this is your mall on the weekend. If you have to go there keep your head down, eyes wide open in the back of your head and if you have someone you love that is a female... for the love of God, cover them up. I have to say that its not Orange park locals or businesses that are bringing this mall down, anyone that has been here knows exactly what Im saying.

I just wanted to shop a little and couldnt get to any shops without two different people selling things in the middle of the store asking me to sit down so they could sell me some overpriced stuff. I told them both I had to get to work. One guy backed off, but the other person at a different place wouldnt listen and I spent 20 min. while she took off my make up and put some stuff from the Red Sea on my face. I left the mall drained but at least my pocketbook was not drained. I dont appreciate her treating me l like I am stupid, showing me a receipt for $3,000 that somebody spent today supposedly and asking me to keep secret the unbelievable price of just $190.00!!

My husband and son wanted shirts to wear to Welcome to Rockville and we found them. My other son wanted new sunglasses and he found them. I was looking for crazy colors of hair dye and I found them. We also bought that very over priced candy in the middle of the mall that should be removed. For 7 tiny pieces of candy it was $3.97. Anywhere else I could have bought the same amount of candy for under a dollar. That is a horrible place because it makes children cry. You can get all of the candy that lady has at Dollar tree and any other store such as Walmart for way less. That robber should be in jail. She is a their. Other than that the mall was great.

Moved to this area a year ago and purchased beds from Sears in Orange Park Mall. Unfortunately the beds were delivered and put together by the delivery men. I always thought something was wrong and now I find out (as I am moving) that the salesperson sent twin bed frames instead of the extra long twin bed frame that I had paid extra. I tried to contact Sears by phone and got the robo-call answer, very unfriendly. Went in to the store and the salesperson was very uninterested in answering questions or looking to see if extenders were available. Very unhappy with the service from this location. I WILL NOT shop there again!

Great Movie Theatre and entertainment area! The movie entrance area is the saving grace for this mall. They put Gamestop and TGI Fridays right next to the theatre, which is perfect for me if I get there early for a movie, or want dinner before the show. Moderate accessibility related to ease of entering/exiting by car with parking included. I refer to the store signs, traffic signs and parking (regular and handicap). They are not as convenient as I have found at other shopping centers in the area. The Mall has an average food court. Store turnover rate is slightly above average (the shops I like havent disappeared).

This mall is just a standard mall. Nothing exciting to talk about. They do have very bad, uncaring customer service. On a large shopping trip, after my daughter was rounded up to from the playground area (which is rather nice) we left and went home. Upon returning home, we realized we left a bag outside the playground area. My wife called the mall to see if someone turned it in (lousy chance of that) or if security could see if it was there and hold it for us. They said they did not have the resources to accommodate such an extensive effort. Two thumbs down. Regency Mall would have been more helpful.

I hate this goddamn mall!!! people always dragging you in there store trying to force you to buy stuff!!! and some black midget worker was making fun of my body weight. a couple of Asians screw me over by dragging me in there store, they had broken English they said free one minute massage and they started laughing and said not free not free so I got mad as hell and they let me go without paying, it was a crappy back rub anyways. #buyersbeware

I walk in and its always looking sparkly shiny and welcoming! The store selection is vast and inclusive of different shopping tastes. Food court is plentiful with options as well and samples are offered throughout to help you decide. I can find anything I need at orange park mall all the time. Also a great place to just browse and spend time in. Free wifi and charge stations available. Easy parking. Great ice cream.

Attracts the younger crowd, but they have ample security, useful stores like dicks sporting goods and books a million. Your staple stores like Sears, jc Pennys, USPS office, old navy. And trendy stores like perfume, bed bath and beyond, Spencers, hot topic and even a smoke shop if your into that. Great food court, with all types of price ranges, $ to $$ to $$$. Unlike other malls that just have $$ to $$$.

Disappointed. It had been a long time since I visited the OP mall and apparently I remembered it as being better than it was. Decent shopping if you like mall prices which are by nature higher than other places. Walked through the food court and wasnt offered any free samples. Bad customer service. I had planned to eat there but decided to leave instead. It was not busy when I was there either.
