Do not shop at these stores or give them your money, this business is absolutely one of the greediest and uncompromising Ive ever seen! I totally got ripped off on a DVD that I bought from them. I bought it according to what it advertised on the cover, and the DVD was nothing like what it promised on the cover images, it didnt even follow through on what it said in the title of it. I didnt even see any of the ladies on the cover in the DVD. When I played it, it even had a different title than what it says on the cover. Most of the good stuff was edited out, the scenes went to black before the money shot, and it was very poorly made. At the end, it just showed a bunch of clips with 2 guys talking over them and making jokes. It was absolute garbage and I couldnt do anything with it. I explained to them how I had been cheated and asked several times, not for a refund, but to simply get it exchanged for another title. They just kept refusing, stating their "all sales final" policy, and they just kept on making up excuses and giving me more ridiculous reasons why I couldnt even get an exhange. First of all, this store doesnt even sell any of their DVDs sealed, theyre all opened. Id understand being turned down if I had bought a sealed DVD and I opened it up and didnt like it and I asked for a refund/exchange. But since theyre already opened, I dont see what the big deal is about getting an exhange. They wouldnt be losing any money on it, as they kept claiming, because it can go back on the shelf and be resold and my money would be going towards another title that I would have bought. They just didnt want to do it, and they were absolutely stubborn about it and wouldnt budge, even after I explained to them how Im a returning customer and been shopping there for months. They even told me to take up my complaint with the company that made the DVD, which was just absurd but I looked into it anyway. Since this DVD they were selling was made over 10 years ago, the companys website was no longer up and the phone number I found was disconnected. And all this is even after one of their employees told me before I bought it, that they will let me get an exchange in case the DVD is defective. So all their "under no circumstances can we do any returns/exchanges" excuses they gave me are total BS. Another example of how this store is greedy: Ive been buying magazines from them for months and Id been able to get the 10% off discount on them with no problems. But then, last week, the lady there starts giving me BS about how they dont give the discount on magazines because "they dont make any money on them". These people are only concerned about taking as much money as possible from customers. And their service is awful too - the staff is not at all caring or helpful and the Torrance store never picks up the phone. Everything Ive said here is true and really happened, please take my advice and do not give them the satisfaction by shopping with them. If you are even the slightest bit concerned about being stuck with a bad purchase and feeling ripped off, avoid Secret Desires at all costs because you will never be able to compromise with them. For adult products, do your shopping online at places like TLA Raw or Adult DVD Empire, their selection, quality, and service are infinitely better. Ive never had to put up a fight like this over a DVD exchange with them. Trust me - Secret Desires couldnt care less about their loyal customers, dont let their demeanor fool you. They may greet you and smile at you, but really all theyre always thinking about is how much profit they may or may not be making off you.

I absolutly LOVE this store! Its huge but they have tremedous customer service and can help you find exactly what you are looking for... And even if you are not sure what you are looking for their educated staff will make you feel comfortable and help you decide what it is that you desire! I recently noticed that the store has been completely updated also! Super easy to shop and see all the new stuff! Cant wait to go get my next peice of lingerie and shoes

I love this store and everyone who works there. I just read two bad reviews, and it makes me sad because it 100% doesnt reflect their business. Very clean, very kind, and understanding people! And theyre great at giving recommendations, everything they suggested worked WONDERS for me and my fiance, if you know what I mean lol. 10/10 I at least visit once a week.

The return policy is horrible, my friend went in there bought me a costume as a gift and he got the wrong one and the wrong size and now Im stuck with it because "everything is final sale"all I wanted to do is exchange it for some other kind of outfit instead Im stuck with a $55 outfit that I cant even wear

This place is huge. So if your looking for it, they probably have it. Huge plus size section! So hell yes I can go home with cute stuff too! I would say safe bet to go home happy!!!!
