VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I ordered "Next Day" and it said that the estimate of arrival is between February 8-February 10. I was told that on top of the regular shipping which would be 5 to 7 business days there will be an additional 5 to 7 business days. I placed my order January 28, 2016 and here it is February 13, 2016 and I have not gotten any tracking at all. It has been over 14 days which means there has already been 5 to 7 business days to addition of the first 5 to 7 business days because I ordered a "next day" it should have been here sooner. This company is very unprofessional and they do not obliged to satisfy the customer they do not care about the customer they will take the money and not even give you the product because it doesnt look like Im going to get what I ordered and on top of everything when I wanted the first order back they wanted to do a store credit instead of restoring it back onto my card.

I was satisfied with costumes , but one costume I wasnt satisfied with, I tried to return... it took me 3 month to get my refund back because they blocked one email so I had to reach them from a different one and only then they refunded me... so if they dont want to process return, they just block you... extremely unprofessional...

I just missed a flight waiting for an item that I just found out wont come. They had no problem lying to me just to get a purchase. So gross. Unprofessional, lazy, horrible company. Seriously, youre much better off making a costume out of toilet paper than using these scum bags.

DO NOT BUY. This is a scam! In over 45 calls during regular business hours, I have been unable to get anyone on the phone. I have also emailed with no reply. These reviews for this site are all the same, all over the internet.
