Unfortunately, for Trashys Edy represents their buisness and as so many have already stated their customer service sucks and this is why. Ive known Edy since highschool she has been working for the same owners for close to 30 years or more, therefore the stale attitude. Unless you are a repeat big spender they could care less about you or your needs. As a "customer" you are merely a dollar sign thats it! Do not expect to be treated with respect. I was there and what I experienced behind the scenes is deplorable. Trust me you will be talked about even while in the store. She, they love to GOSSIP. If you go notice the state of the shop and front windows they are in shambles and disarray very much like their attitude, behavior and view of their customers. Back in Trashys heyday the quality was superb now not so much. Glue guns arent meant for clothing its a fast and cheap solution to a problem. Trashys needs an overhaul, but they never will, and so why spend your hard earned money at a shop who literally hates their business and customers.

This store is very expensive ($300 to $500 for a full piece), a ridiculous "no exchange, no return policy", and terrible customer service (you will be spoken down to in front of customers). If the customer service was better, then I would continue spending my money in this place, but after the way I was treated and talked to on my last visit, I realized I have to find a new store that sells the same quality pieces. The owner said, "I dont care what you think, I have Paris Hilton and thousands of costumers" after I attempted to reason with him. I wanted to exchange my $300 lingerie piece for a more a $200 more expensive costume that I purchased the day before. I have been a customer for three years, and I spent hundreds of dollars in corsets, Christmas, and Halloween costumes. I used to love this place, and I had recommended to my friends ignoring the bad treatment. Now, I am stuck with a costume that is a cup size to small for me. I am done with the abuse. Does anyone know a better store with the same quality corsets and costumes?

Just purchased one of the bargain costumes and whole outfit was falling apart. I asked the salesgirl if I could exchange it for another one and she said no because I purchased it online and all she could do is glue it back together. I asked if I could try it on and they said I had to purchase a membership to go to the dressing room but she said it wouldnt matter if it didnt fit because I cant return it or exchange it. I asked to speak with the owner and he was a dick too. He just grabbed a glue gun and started putting it together but the pieces were still falling off. Everyone was so rude. I use to be a fan of their original outfits but I never want to go back again. Its not worth it. I can make better costumes myself.

Go ANYWHERE ELSE. This is some kind of family business where they treat everybody including eachother like animals. Go somewhere else to buy lingerie if you want to feel good when you wear it. They charged me to enter, were very rude, accused me of lying because I couldnt come back the next day to pick up the costume, gave me someone elses debit card and lost the membership card theyd just charged me for. Then they overcharged me for my purchase and refused to give me a new membership card. The salesgirl said that theyd made someone cry the day before. They dont deserve your time, your money or your business ever!

The one and only Trashy Lingerie is the original sexy lingerie store. Everyday sensual to outrageous lingerie. plus costumes. And you can fine every accessory imaginable need, including shoes. I appreciate their small, quirky yearly membership fee because it keeps the customers courteous. Staff is always ready to answer questions and many items may be custom ordered, or shop online. Definitely worth a visit if you are in LA area.

I love this store! I have been going there for 5 years now and I think it is Amazing!! I dont really understand the reviews I think the staff is very nice and accommodating. I have about 7-8 Halloween costumes from them and they have lasted me years! My friends even borrow them and they are still beautiful. The craftsmanship is one of a kind and their friendly staff keeps me coming back year after year!

Although this store has some nice products I truly discourage ANYONE from supporting it. This store discriminates against people with disabilities. The staff shamed my woman and did it with a snarky smile. Please think twice before you spend your money at a store that looks down upon people. SHAME ONE YOU TRASHY LINGERIE!!

Interesting handmade outfits and large selection of lingerie. However all thats worthless due to the rudeness of the old fart owner and his thug son. They treat customers like they are running a brothel. Overpriced! Avoid at all costs. Better head to BuzzyBs on Hollywood blvd.
