This company is absolutely horrendous. I ordered a handful of items a few weeks ago and received an email a WEEK later saying one of the items wasnt in stock (why have it listed then??) And of course this was the MAIN piece of the outfit. So I promptly emailed back complaining about the time frame and what else they had in stock. No response. 2nd email dispatched and still no response. 2 weeks later I finally get a UPS shipment notification. Seriously 2 weeks?? Fine whatever. I get ANOTHER email from them saying they have another package for me. Wtf? They just up and decided to choose something for me, CHARGE ME and overnight ship it while the other is crawling across the country. Why didnt you overnight my other package thats already 2 and a half weeks late? This company does NOT care about its customers and STEALS their money. Will be talking to bank and maybe even the BBB. These people are shady. Will never purchase from again. This was for my wedding/honeymoon in one week and Im still waiting on my items. I hope they go out of business.

Ive been buying form Wicked Temptations for about 12 years. Im a photographer and the combination of the models I work with and Wicked Temptations sexy lingerie, sexy bikinis, and their custom clothing makes for some really exotic photo shoots. I usually plan ahead to make sure I receive everything for a photo shoot. This way theirs no last minute scrambling. I sometimes do receive an order that is missing a couple to a few items. However, I usually receive and email letting me know, and Wicked Temptations ships the balance of the items in a short period of time. Wicked Temptations customer service staff has always been awesome. They know exactly whats going on with my orders. As a photographer with models with all sorts of demands, I obviously purchase from several companies. Each works a bit differently. I have found I can count on Wicked Temptations. Hey you guys at WT, I hope you see this and it doesnt go to your heads! lol Youre all awesome ...

I love you Wicked Temptations! Its nice to have a company out there who provides sizes that actually fit the way their suppose to. I just purchased a few pairs of the new shorts, WOW, I would love to post a picture here lol I look great! Thank you! I like Wicked. Their prices are in line with other sites plus they always have some pretty nice styles on sale. I really like the design they make inhouse. The designs are pretty simple but they are really well made and they always fit me really good. And its really easy to find what I want on their website.

Amazing items when you get them a month later. I never got a sorry or a discount ever. I signed up for everything. Spent over 500 dollars and each time it took a month for the east coast. It takes 2 weeks to process items. Company does not care. I am switching fully over to Yandy.
