I have thought long and hard about this score of 2 - I would have liked to give it a 3 but I cannot say that I have enjoyed the experience over several visits now. I have tried to be thorough and fair. The prices are generally high here with a few exceptions. It can be extremely crowded here with lots of Hispanic migrants. Generally these people tend to be loud and obnoxious. This is not a racist comment... there are many different people groups and colours of skin types who are perfectly pleasant people. For some reason the Hispanic shoppers who tend to visit this area like to shout and scream at each other at the top of their voices - even across large department stores. Incredibly rude people. While talking about foreign manners it is worth mentioning that religious muslims also have a vile and disgusting attitude towards women - a friend was inappropriately touched by a muslim on the chest. Some of these people will sadly never fit into civilised society. The other problems in the mall include con men and women who peddle gold and drugs in and around the mall. There are gangs of organised gold peddlers who work with lookouts and sellers who attempt to hoodwink young and impressionable shoppers. There are a number of regular thieves also who regularly steal from the Mall stores and then play the race card and "I no speak English" to make questioning as difficult as possible. Both of those problems are caused by a general lack of security. While the security guards are busy and definitely good security professionals - they are simply outnumbered by thieves, con men and the type of scumbags that live in the nearby Orange Blossom Trail - known for its pan handlers, prostitution and social delinquents. Either they need to double or triple the security guards or ideally the police should be properly cleaning up the local area. IF the above problems are PROPERLY dealt with then this would be a good Mall to shop at as there is plenty of shops and some great named stores in there...particularly for children and teens. The Mall refit has been an improvement but those extra hard shiny tiles do make the noise levels quite unbearable. During my later visits I have started wearing earplugs in an attempt to allow my brain to think straight. The mall could do with implementing some noise insulation - on the floor, walls, ceiling - it is that bad that I would volunteer to stick egg cartons to the walls if I thought that would help ! There are not enough toilets and the toilets privacy and cleanliness are below standard. So unfortunately this mall NEVER leaves me with a pleasant and relaxing Shopping experience. I always come out far more stressed than when I went in. I unfortunately have to visit the mall regularly for businesses reasons. A number of problems need to be addressed - the main ones being crime and anti social behaviour from some locals and loud and obnoxious Hispanic immigrants.

Whilst the mall itself is decent, my family and I had an appalling experience in mall tonight. My son saw a pair of trainers he liked in Finish Line, however they stuff not have them in his size. The cost was $89.99. The staff in Finish Line advised that other stores in the mall would price match do we took a photo of the shoe. We thereafter went to Champs and, despite a extremely long time being served, found they had the right size of shoe in stock. The server told us they would price match and marked up the box accordingly. We then joined the queue, which was slow moving. On getting to the counter, we told that they did not price match and would not be honouring the deal. We asked to speak to the manager who was nothing short of rude and abrupt. Despite attempting to explain to him what we had been sold, he bluntly said that the member of staff had only been working there for a week and was wrong. He gave us differing explanations as to why he wouldnt price match and walked away from us with not as much as an apology. Shocking service to say the least.

Attracts a lot of tourists. Be prepared for busy stores, lack of places to rest/sit due to tourist quantities. Long lines during certain seasons. AVOID FLORIDA MALL during BLACK FRIDAY or XMAS season. No parking, swamped stores, tourists are disrespectful and will leave a stores a mess. Its chaos everywhere. Other wise, I like the new renovations to the mall. Very modern and pretty. A decent selection of stores, the same stores youll find in any other mall. The dining pavilion has been upgraded, defiantly a plus. It has outdoor dinning which is nice to get away from tourists. Plus the mall directories are everywhere thats good since its easy to get lost. Last but not least. The security guards. They obviously on a constant power trip and are very unpleasant. They need to lighten up.

The fact this mall has a "4.4" instead of a five is just proof that people on these reviews are negatively biased. Its rare to see a healthy, varied mall these days. As a tourist it was a pleasent surprise, especially after experiencing the so called fashion square Mall also in Orlando which was like a mall graveyard, no this one had a good mix of stores and despite being a tad on the small side for a mall, the number of stores I was interested in was surprisingly high. The food court was particularly impressive, so many different types of food...I havent seen a food court like that since malls were in their heyday. Before the anti-mall everything cool sucks crowd started becoming the majority, this is what malls used to be...thankful I found this gem

This mall is beyond cavernous, expansive wings galore! Chock full of eateries in the enormous Food Court, incredible array of various delicious varieties abound. The place was like a fun filled adventure in a endless labyrinth of modern luxury filled storefronts. The only down for me was that this place was likened to a spectacular sprawling ranch, only One floor to roam around in. I, like many other people prefer a mall with a bi-level shopping concept. Just a preference is all, not a disadvantage of any kind. Tons of shoppes that are popular by todays youth, but all groups of people seem to find this place a major league hit! Family friendly, plenty to see, even more to come home with. PRO - Has a DISNEY store CON - Has NO F.Y.E.

Easy parking if you get there early enough, and allow at least 2-3 hours to get round; a hot day so the air-con was welcome. There is plenty of variety and stores for guys and girls, kids too. Even some decent rest spots for the guys while the ladies seriously exercise their retail muscles. Great choice for eating, we tried Tobu in the food court (after a taste test from 6 or 7 serveries), and good value for money. Youve gotta try the M&M shop, or chill out in the Apple or Microsoft stores. Only negatives are a couple of pushy stalls in the walkways, but were used to those, and know how to walk away without spending. Also watch out for drivers tailing you back to your car. We know how to handle them too

Coming here to shop or browse around is a fun experience. This mall is at a great location with plenty of restaurants and bars around it. A nice wide variety of different stores to choose from and youre always getting good deals on what you buy no matter the season. I also enjoy coming to see a diverse crowd of people here. If your stores do not sell quality products you wont get quality business. Those expectations are met and then some. The only negative about this mall is that the food court is okay and the quality of food could be more exceptional. If youre visiting Orlando for vacation or business, you cant pass up visiting this place.
