Many popular brands are represented in this outlet, which is great. Other than some aggressive kiosk salespeople, the stores themselves are quite friendly and accommodating to the visitor and the local. The main issue at this outlet is PARKING, specifically handicapped parking and accessibility. When we approached customer service about this issue, the representative said that it was one of their number one complaints. The rep also said, and this is a direct quote, "Simon just doesnt care about it," in reference to handicap accessibility. The third party valet staff is not at all friendly, and the occupation of taxi cabs is obscene. The yellow cabbies themselves (Mears, maybe?) are beyond rude and, even though they take up TOO MANY parking spaces already, choose to hang out in their vehicles wherever they please all over this property. This laziness and lack of care makes it very frustrating to navigate, especially during peak times of summer and the holidays. I really wish Simon (property owner) would do something about this space. It used to be quite nice!

2 check-ins How can you not love this Outlet?! My trip to Orlando for three days, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets was my night life. While Disney Land, Universal Studios and other attractions closes at 7-9 PM. Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets closes at 11 PM ! Sweet isnt it ? You still have time to go shopping. Call me a tourist but hey I am from New York and most malls and outlets close at 9 PM latest. They also have discounts here and there but after all this is a tourist area (especially cater to international tourist). You can definitely find better sales in other Outlets. Sadly it is limited to some stores. I couldnt find Victoria Secrets here and some of my favorite stores. They have a food court but I would recommend to drive to other nearby restaurants since by driving distance it is very close by.

Deals are few to none for men, Ive found better deals at local malls (I checked Burberry, Boss, Prada, Nike, Puma, Brooks Brothers) - my wife did find great deals at Guess and Kate Spade, so Id say better for women than men. Seriously, only 10% off in Burberry of a $150+ shirt, Boss & Brooks Bros had deals if youre willing to spend over a certain amount, like a few shirts, so that your total bill would be over $200 before realizing any savings. I walked into Prime outlets in Buffalo, St Charles (IL), Manhattan (Century 21) and found amazing deals. This place was such a joke, that even our Canadian outlets had equal or better prices in CAD. If you know your outlet malls, youll know this place ISNT the place for bargains. Others who have raved about great deals, probably havent seen other outlets to compare to.

The parking is an nitemare here! We used the valet unfortunately because we had no other option. The valet company employees looked to be of very shady quality. One actually smelled quite bad. Service wise we felt like we were imposing on them out for wanting to park with them. Again though we had no other choice. Sure enough when we come back to the car our radar detector is missing. The employees were rude, could care less and actually insinuated we were trying to pull a scam ON THEM when we reported it. They gave us a phone number to call to their corporate. We left a message and have not heard back from anyone. Dont valet park here! Youve been warned. As for the actual Outlets, very crowded atmosphere and hectic environment but the outlets themselves have pretty good deals.

This is an outdoor mall, not an outlet. You are not going to find any deals on previous season fashions. Everything here is full price. Good luck parking too. People literally have to stroll around stalking people for parking spaces and then when one is coming acailable everyone descends like vultures. I would recommend valet parking. I just wouldnt use it because I was in my 750hp manual sports car. They also offer "premium parking" which I did use. Lots of foreigners here, and they do not care if they ding a door. In some countries, especially in europe, the bumper is used to park...like really used. Once you are in, there is a decent selection of stores, but I have seen better. Still there are great indoor malls in Orlando that will keep you cool while you shop.

The associates at Coach were AMAZING! Two thumbs up ladies! Definitely will be back at youre store! 5 stars! Prada, you definitely are a big fat 0. Let me just say Ive been to many prada stores, even the one in vegas is a 5 compare to you. I walked in with my husband & nobody greeted or acknowledged we were there. We stood in the front & went to both the womens side on the left & mens on the right. No help. Went back to the front. I stood there pointing & looking at bags & NOBODY stooped to help. Horrible horrible customer service at this prada. I just bought a bag from the Prada in Minnesota at the mall & even that store was a 5 compared to you. Of ALL the luxury stores Ive been too you guys suck ass. Horrible. You should be ashamed.

Recommend valet parking or open surface (if you can find one). The covered parking means you have to walk. The first entrance you are able to access is beyond the loading docks and admin areas. Unlike most outlets the stores mostly face inward like a mall. Also check before committing that your store is actually open (new ones are coming and others are closed). Once inside it is clean and has an ample supply of desirable outlet stores. Plenty to see, sadly the store I was looking for is not available so it was a wasted trip. GPS lead me there in Orlando traffic so it is not a reflection of the outlet website. The directory for the outlets are vague and direct you to other stores but I did not see a master directory.

Not one of the 4 employees made any attempt to wait on me or other customers unless they were checking out. All they did was stand around and speak to each other. Worse yet, they didnt even move the conversation to a place that wouldnt interfere with shoppers. One employee was fixated on another who did nothing but look pretty and do a handstand. No greeting upon entering the store or even a thank you for visiting. Also, the prices really were pretty much what one would expect in a mall. It was a thoroughly disappointing experience I wont repeat. Im honestly surprised a business selling luxury items didnt at least try. Jake

Excellent outlet mall! Saved 80% at the Coach outlet. My only complaint is that the entire establishment seems to be having air conditioning issues and it was extremely hot in many of the stores. Especially the food court. Efforts were made (in the form of giant industrial fans on both ends of the food court) to relieve some of the heat but ambient interior air stayed about the same as outside (minus the sun, so that was a saving grace I guess).. Hopefully they resolve this issue soon! Otherwise its a fun afternoon stop. Worth the visit to the Disney Store and the luxury retailers at a fraction of the original cost.

Its a nice shopping place although prices are comparable to the regular stores (like the ones inside shopping malls) sometimes stores will have better deals than online or the regular brand stores but those are rare occasions. Some stores might have cheaper prices due to only selling old inventory merchandise. So dont expect to find everything absolutely cheaper than any other place. Finding a parking spot in the middle of the day is usually a nightmare (although the garage will usually have enough spots if you dont mind the walk) and the food court could really use some better choices.
