There is a huge vacancy issue here. There is only like 6 stores in the entire mall but my focus ia the sloppy, disrespectful girl working in jc penny. She stopped while the line was very long and had a convo with another girl about lunch and hiw they cant stand some other guy because hes new and dont know how to do returns yet. Then she insulted a womans choice about shoes she was gonna buy her son saying that they werent really popular and they were kind of ugly. The she insisted i do a credit app for in store credit. I told her no twice and that i didnt need 15% off for doing it i have money and i was in a hurry, then she insults the hat and shirt i was buying for my sisters groom to wear after the wedding im rushing to get to by saying "you buying this? But why though? We need to talk about your fashion sense because this aint cute" this is the face jc penny has representing it?? Yeah never again!!!!!!!

Whoever manages this mall obviously has their own private bathrooms. The mall closes the mens and womens bathrooms at least an hour before the mall closes, sometimes an hour and a half before closing time. All the moms with kids have to leave a couple of hours before closing time in case the kids need the restroom before the trip home. They do this on weekends, holidays, every day. They do post a sign saying to use the two single toilet baby rooms instead of the mens and womens restrooms but closing two dozen stalls down and routing the entire mall to only two baby rooms is insane. The baby room line is often longer than any checkout line in any store. Moms with the most kids usually get waved to the front and your position in line gets further and further from the front of the line. Ive often given up and just held it in and left.

This used to be a busy indoor mall, but now it is little more than a strip mall. There is a Spencers, an FYE, a Gamestop, etc., but most of the mall is empty outside of the area connected to the food court (the food court is also almost entirely empty.) The JC pennys and Dillards discount are the only major stores left after Sears closed. Some of the other stores still standing are a Kays Jeweler, a Bath and Body Works, and some random sport related clothing stores. There are a few very niche shops, such as a shop that sells school uniforms and a consignment shop selling second hand furniture. If youre looking for a Spencers or FYE around Arlington, Regency is your best bet (unless you want to drive to the Avenues.) Otherwise, this mall is mostly sport related clothing stores, and a consignment shop.

Sephora at this mall sucks and the customer service is ridiculously terrible. First I dont even get acknowledged when I come into a mainly EMPTY store. Then I notice there are 2 associates on 1 person. I ask one of them for help about a product and she barely knew what I was talking about and acted like I was bothering her. I wanted more help but instead just asked for a sample of primer and she literally gave me enough just for my chin, then she quickly went back to her friends conversation and ignored me. They seriously need retraining or perhaps taking the tampon out theirs asses. If you dont wanna help people, GET OUT OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD!!!

What do i like about it?!..HAHA!. NOTHING!. Whoever built this so called "MALL"? Obviously dont know what a Mall is and a tweaked out IDIOT! This mall is a ghost city! Empty!. Instead of being in one whole building like a NORMAL Mall its separated including the movie theater!. Its ridiculous!. People who do NOT have cars well you better take your redbull or drugs or whatever it is you do that makes you want to just waste your time and walk around through a big empty building and big parking lot! to just get to the main part. This "Mall" is a joke! Matter a fact Jacksonville is just a *hithole and lazy half *ss all around so im am not at all suprised. Psh!

Some people are going to say the mall is dieing. It is dead and the surrounding area killed it. It is not the only shopping center on life support, across the road is a Burlington Coat Factory and I believe an Office Max and they are shells of their former selves. The mall is surrounded by broken promises of roads never built or repaired, crime ridden neighborhoods, and a society that is facing a bleak future. If you are from Jax you have your memories of days gone by and I do to, but lets face it the mall would need to buy most of the surrounding area to revitalize it or the decay will only overcome what they had worked so hard to fix.

I went early in the morning on a Saturday...scary. Despite a police substation in the mall which says alot, my entire family felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. There were far more sketchy people loitering than shopping and we never saw one security gaurd. Additionally, there are more vacant spaces than stores. If you want to spend money I would strongly suggest not going to this mall but, if you do, go with a group, dont carry cash, and stay aware of your surroundings. This was my last visit until this place is closed down, completely renovated, and under new management that considers customer safety.

Crime and demographics of the deteorating neighborhoods have nearly killed Regency. Over half of the malls stores are closed, including many of the food retailers in the food court, along with the arcade that I spent alot of time in as a kid in the 80s and early 90s. I got kicked out of the mall by security last month for snapping a couple of cell phone pics of the closed stores. Security literally came out of nowhere! It didnt take long for them to swoop in and really give me a hassle about it... probably no more than a minute or two of taking my first pictures.

A vague shadow of its former glory. Regancy Square mall owners ran this mall into the ground by sticking to pre 1980s pricing philosophies for renting space. The owners ran out all the good stores and such by charging for rent and a profit share. Plus required you to turn in your sales receipts yearly. I know I asked when I was looking to open a store. But the mall is in mid redevelopment and has all the current stores grouped together. If you grew up 1990s or prior and remember what this mall used to be never forget and go and pay your respects to what is left.

When I was 9 the mall was very popular, all stores was opened and packed, the whole mall was extremely packed, spend all the time in the world at the arcades that were in there, but through out these years of idiots shooting and acting retarded and ghetto, the whole community around it killed it, Im 27 and its basically dead SMH, dont shop here, unless you wanna race your remote control car in the mall cause of its emptiness SMH! Oh your best bet is The Avenues Mall and Orange Park Mall its worth the drive if you live here on the Southside.. Trust me!
