I generally refrain from posting reviews especially if negative, but I really had it with this place. Worst pedicure/manicure ever! First, I had to call a few times to secure an appointment and was put on hold for a very long time and hung up on twice. Next, I had to move the appointment and was told I could not reschedule because they were booked solid. Yet, when I walked in later that evening, there were very few people there. My pedicure experience was the worst ever! The woman was rough and did nothing to remove the obvious calluses I had on my soles from walking/running. I asked her why not, and she said they "touch soft." I do not think she understood a word of English. I asked for a manager, but no one was in. I also asked her to not be so rough on my feet and to give me more of a massage. Not done! As for the manicure, she cut the cuticles so deep, that the skin around my fingernail beds is now ripping off. All this for $55.08 plus an 18% tip. I am in from the East Coast where I could have gotten twice the service for less than $40. HATED HATED and hated this place! I suggest you go somewhere else.

Great stores. White Flower Bakery, Ho Wah Chinese Restaurant, Mitchells Ice Cream, Williams Sonoma, and a new Container Store opening in June. Oh, yeah, Nervous Dog Coffee, too. Check it out.

Tiny outcropping of stores between two much larger malls. If you want to shop, go to nearby Legacy Village or Beachwood Place. Only reason to come here is for Mitchells Ice Cream.

Great shopping place with much variety os stores as compared to Great Lakes Mall at Mentor. But the ONLY demerit of this place is they dont have a childrens play area.

A Charming place for decades. But very small, not a lot of variety. Free parking lot and parking garage. Parking garage entrance to mall is not wheelchair accessible.
