High quality at FAIR prices, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Wish there was more parking Im driving a future classic LOL everyone else here drives a BEAMER, Mercedes. Audi, well, U get the idea. Parking is a challenge but where else do U find price, quality, AND service w/o giving up one of the three? The Apple Store is of course the leader in CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE as is the Penzies Spice shop. Well worth a visit and I really think that a careful shopper wont pay more here than anywhere else for the same experience.

A wide variety of stores that you dont see everywhere: tiffanys, le creuset, and many more. Even a cool piano store, a beautiful and luxurious salon. Trader Joes is close by which is a big plus. Also, there is a nice seafood resteraunt behind it. And for quick meals: chipotle right next door and starbucks. Not sure exactly whats inside though. Also remember trader joes changed locations. It used to be in eton but now its behind it. Definately recommend!

Very unfriendly and rude staff. I came in to get my Mac fixed before 8 and stood in the line for 15 minutes. By the time my turn came the guy in charge dismissed me by saying they didnt see anyone for this problem after 8. I told him I was in the line before 8 but he changed the time by saying 7.45 After that I wanted to check out a charger and the staff next to me kept ignoring me. Disappointing experience.

Pacific East. The best(price/quality) sushi in Cleveland OH. My friend has a cleaning business and was at different restaurants and among sushi restaurants he sent me here. He explained some things about hygiene in restaurants....and in conclusion this was one of the best options. Even Sushi ***k was decorated better, but had problem with cleanness.

This has got everything needed to sustain a community conscientious about how they spend their time and money. Great eateries, Trader Joes, the best jewelers in the area with Alson Jewelers and Tiffanys. There arent a huge amount of options, but what is there are some of the best quality stores, shops, and dining Establishments you can find anywhere.

Unique, great mix of high-end stores. 1/2 & 1/2 -- indoor mall & outdoor walkabout. Which is the star loss. Cleveland spring/summer/fall is great. Winter would have benefited from continuing the indoor access all the way around. BTW: Halloween trick or treating here was fun for the kids -- indoor side too in case of bad weather.

It is the most dangerous parking lot in the region. There are a lot of very large, expensive SUVs being driven in relatively tight confines in relative obliviousness. Youre safe on the sidewalk but you need to keep your wits about you when traveling in the parking lot!

Great improvement in traffic for now that Trader Joes and Starbucks moved of main drag, but primary lot still a pain. Generally decent selection of stores, but could use a little more turnover. Effort to turn it into a clothing destination hang quite been achieved yet

A nice upscale outdoor mall. Tons of nice shops (including an Apple Store, North Face, and Trader Joes) coupled with some great places to eat (like Paladar). Plenty of parking but the place can be a zoo on the weekend.

Nice place for a few shops and restaurants. Really like Penzeys, Barnes and Noble, Sir La Table, and some other stuff around there. All rather high end so be prepared to spend some cash if you go shopping there.

Beautiful, upscale shopping center. Great restaurants too. The property is gorgeous- they do a fantastic job of maintaining their landscaping and making it look great. Highly recommended!

Great shops in the area. Pricey, yes. But the quality you get is well worth it. The only issue is navigating the somewhat tight, but this is minor compared to the environment.

The shops in this mall werent really good...it was very empty and mostly inside it was just vendors selling clothes and trinkets outside of the shops. Disappointed :(

What is this place? The only thing Ive ever seen open is the book store and a couple of restaurants. Customers are always rude in the parking lot. Not going back.

You can shop, eat, read, relax, and even go to the art gallery within the mall. A nice spot to spend an aimless afternoon. Just be sure to bring your wallet.
