Im not a retail aficionado by any stretch of the imagination but for me the reality of this site doesnt live up to the expectations I had based on the rather grand sounding name - Id expected something a lot bigger with a much greater range of shopping opportunities. For me the most useful feature of the location is the cinema - which is a pretty good cinema which now has incredibly comfortable electric reclining seats which beat the ones back home at Vue cinemas hands down in terms of lumbar support which is great for those of us with a bad back ;) Theres an overpriced games arcade where you have to pay a dollar just to get a card to apply credit to which can then be used to pay for the individual games. The kiosk which provides these cards urges you to part with your email address in order to get a free $5 credit top-up and only tells you after youve handed over your email address that you should expect to receive your discount code within the next 72 hours which for us was useless because a) we were flying home that day and b) well over 72 hours later said code still hasnt materialised. There arent a large number of shops to shop in and those that are there are more suited to those with big, deep pockets. More of the units are taken up by bars and eateries. If youre looking to while away an hour or two browsing / shopping for bargains I expect youll be disappointed - 30 minutes would probably be a stretch.

Parking was horrible. A Mr. Luis says he is the garage supervisor totally put me and my family in danger. Myself and my 10 year old daughter where visiting the movie theaters. Unfortunately for us no seats were available for the film. We decided the Artegon theaters would be able to provide the seats we required. Upon trying to leave the garage after being there a measurable 15 min by the card I have kept for evidence, the parking supervisor Luis began to insist I pay $4.00. I explained to him the situation and he insisted that I pay the $4.00 and told me if I didnt he was going to call security. Meanwhile cars are stacking up behind me blocking me between the gate and a large crowd of drivers. Security did in fact arrive succeeding in embarrassing me and my daughter. My daughter was convinced that Mr. Luis was arresting me. It was only then that I was given the customer service everyone deserves by an Andrew Diaz with GSG. He explained that I could validate my card and leave without charge. Why couldnt Mr. Luis say this in the first place? He lacks a very general ability to assist customers with the very basic of options. He simply provided me with a false sur-charge of $4.00 or being embarrassed with security presence/holding up the line and made us late to our movie. Never going back here.

...weve eaten at several different Tommy Bahama restaurants..including this one (Point Orlando)..it has always been a treat..my personal favorite..so we decided to have lunch there yesterday on New Years Day with our son..I ordered a chicken caesar salad..but asked for blue cheese dressing on the side..it was awful..I told our waitress, who had brought my salad out a good 5 minutes after my husband & son had been served their sandwiches..she said all of their dressing are made with vinaigrette..Im sorry, but blue cheese dressing isnt made with vinegar..she could have told me that when I ordered it..my favorite thing about the place always was the honey butter & bread or rolls..we didnt get ANY..she told us that it doesnt come with lunch anymore..the 2 sandwiches were just OK..cheap ham in the Cuban..needless to say..we WONT BE BACK..such a shame...

Have always loved this complex, but it has a few drawbacks worth noting. I personally have a major hangup with any place that only offered paid parking... Especially if that location is home to pricey venues! Pointe Orlando is an upscale complex, and nothing here is cheap. Seems rather much to add parking fees to the mix. Pointe Orlando is an architecturally gorgeous place as well, but the layout and design make it nearly impossible to know what is within, business-wise. Every time I go, I find new businesses that I would have visited previously if I knew they were there! Still missing FAO Schwartz, but the recent addition of Main Event is brilliant. Anxious to check out Lafayettes and BB Kings. Not at all impressed with Improv.

Parking is hard to find, unless you pay for it at the Pointe Orlando parking garage. But that is the only downfall to this place. They have so many great restaurants here and if you like to shop without it being so crowded this is where you want to be. There is a movie theatre, bars, shops and a monkey joes(which is a kids indoor bouncy house dream). To top it off its right if international drive where everything is walking distance to a lot of other fun activities in Orlando such as the Orlando eye, wonder works studios, Ripley s believe it or not, the wax museum and plenty of other things to do.

Great night life fun! Have had a great time with every visit with the choice of activities and entertainment. However, valet parking is awful and the staff members are not professional. On one visit we valet the car and you pay up front...first sign of trouble. It took us over an hour and half to get our car back when we were ready to go. Several other guest had the same issue and when refunds were requested, they refunded one guest parking fees but then declined everyone else from getting a refund and told us if we didnt want to wait, to self park the next time.

THE PARKING SUCKS!! To leave, you have to use pay machines. THE PAY MACHINES ARE ALWAYS OUT-OF-ORDER AND ARE TOO FEW FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO PARK HERE. GET IT TOGETHER POINTE ORLANDO!!! YOU HAVE ENOUGH HIGH-END VENDORS TO PAY FOR REPAIRS TO YOUR STUPID MACHINES AND TO BUY MORE OF THEM TOO!!! YOUR MANAGEMENT IS ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL!!!! Visiting Pointe Orlando vendors is fun. There are many good places here. It is too bad that the last thing you remember from a visit here is THE PARKING LOT!!! FIX YOUR MACHINES AND ADD MORE OF THEM!!!!!

The people were nice but slow! I am disappointed in the room as I chose a 2 bed suite and got a 1 bed and pull out sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was nothing more than a possible topper for a mattress. Discuting and horrible to sleep on. No housekeeper has showed up in my room yet and I am on day 3 of being here. No clean towels. Had to go to front desk twice to request at least that. We will see if it actually gets done before I get back to my room to shower. I would not recommend this place to any one nor will I be back.

Nice place with many drops and restaurants but all the kiosk sales rep will grap you to force you to buy and will ask where are you from to increase the price depends on your country Over charged me for hair accessories with extra 200$ Bought camera from another shop at the price of 950$ at next day I found out it was defected , went there they were totally refusing to change it and accused me that I dropped it and damaged it , the sales lady was too rude accusing me that Im a liar,but they agreed at the end to change it .
