The only reason why I am giving this mall a 3 star rating (it really deserves 2 or lower) is because of the movie theater and its never packed. The movie theater is the only thing keeping it alive. I only go here because it 10 mins from my house and I hang out with friends at the movie theater. fyi THE MALL IS HALF EMPTY!! Half of the mall has for rent signs in the windows and the other half has weird knock off stores or chinese stores that arent even brands. There are only five stores here that are big brands(victoria secret, journeys, claires, express, barnes and nobles, and maybe 2 more) besides Dillards and Macys. It is just convenient to come here to shop for something small just because it is close to me.THIS MALL IS DEAD. The only thing good about this is that you can find parking. So if you want to hang out with your friends and go see a movie come here but otherwise save your shopping for somewhere else like the Millenia Mall

There is a theater in here, lots of places to eat and a nice number of stores to shop in. I do not like that there are two places in the food court that put food on a toothpick and stick it in your face to try it, but they do have clean bathrooms here. The second level of Sears seems to be the place where all the teenagers go to make out with each other and sit in each others laps without fear of any store associates interrupting. However there is a science store in here for kids and my son loves It! Every Friday night they have a science class from 6pm -10pm and it is only $20. They not only do fun and interesting things with the kids but they also feed them pizza. The age limit is 12.

Has a nice selection of cultural foods (mediterranean, asian, italian) but also has chain stores such as subway and chick fil a. The stores are wonderful. Youve got GameStop, Dollar Tree, Dillards, Bath & Body Works, Hudsons, Victorias Secret and Auntie Annes on one side. On the other, theres Justice, Express, Friendly Confines Sports Memorabilia, Sears, and hopefully something cool that takes Macys spot. There are also very nice mom & pop shops like Evak, Echo Arts & Gifts, and Rustic Journeys that have the friendliest people with an assortment of interesting items for sale. I would definitely check out the mall because its very family-oriented and one of Oviedos hot spots.

it was a nice outing with my disabled mother in law who I have to push in a wheel chair. I also like that the mall was not jammed packed with people so it made it more comfortable for my mother in law. I like the diverse food options because she is a picky eater and I like trying new things. We were able to navigate the mall without much traffic. I got my steps in and had just the right amount of resistance with the up and down flooring. She was able to find some frames that she liked and we were able to order some shoes she had been looking for for a very long time. Overall the experience was good.

2 yr old kids and family talking in Spanish and kid crying and making noise all throughout Wonder Woman Showing at 9pm Sat night at REGAL THEATRE Theatre MANAGEMENT cant do anything about letting the kid in...can throw them out if someone gets up, misses part of the movie, and leaves to fetch management a 10 min walk to the other end of the theatre Horrible ADMINISTRATION policy. Wont go back and will spread news thru social media and peers at work if not changed Gave it a 1 because a zero does not exist For theatre ticket price plus gas Ill stay home and watch my LCD 55" HD TV in comfort at home

Theyve improved quite a bit in the last few years. The last time my mom and I were here was about two months ago, and we were both surprised how many people were there. Wed never seen it so crowded. That was great to see! It was even busier than Fashion Square! The food court has gotten better and all the workers were nice and helpful in every store we went to. Hoping to go again this weekend and go see a movie. They have a great theater! Im sad that Macys is gone, but, something will take its place soon! Keep up the great work, Oviedo Mall!

Oviedo mall is beautiful, and there are a lot of things to do. I think it is good for such big towns surrounding it. Oviedo and winter springs are right there next to it. The best restaurant for Asian food is Sarku Chicken that place is dynamite. The best place for fast food is Chick Fil A. You can never go wrong with that. The best thing about it is the Regal Cinema inside the mall. Unlike the IMAX theater in altamonte, it is inside the mall and you dont have to leave the mall.

Its very nice to shop there because it has multiple small specialty shops, lots of good food, and a few large department stores. I mostly go there with friends and window shop or go to the movies there. Its great for low stress shopping since its never crowded. It was dying, but with the new ownership it seems to be recovering well. It just need some larger stores and more places to go for teens with a little bit of cash to burn.

Nice and welcoming little mall. Oviedo mall describes Oviedo, very trendy and spread out. Food court is the center of the two wings/concourse of the mall. With the movie theater ticket booth in the center as well. You need to go up the escalator or elevator to see the usher for the ticket. The theater is one of the main poppin places there (obviously). Lines get long and they check bags

Oviedo Marketplace offers limited and frequently changing shopping options. The Marketplace never seems to be crowded, which while in my opinion is a more pleasant shopping experience, most likely explains the high turn over of the stores. The movie theater is definitely the cornerstone of the mall. It can be noted that the mall has been rennovated some and updated relatively recently.

Having been recently referbished, the Oviedo mall has some new things to offer. The cafeteria includes popular spots to eat and some tasty new originals. The selection of shops not being as large as in the passed still offers great places for everyone. Some of my favoritesa include; Vagabond Traveler, Journeys, Barnes and Noble and a couple suprises that have sprung up along the way.

does not see brand stores in this local mall. looks like most chain store moved out. some specialty store sell good products but i would prefer it has flea market value because people has money no longer come to this more. you can buy dollar things, kids school, drink wine or gym. it is not like shopping mall. not sure whats the hell the want to turn the mall into.

Clean, little mall away from the majority of Orlandos attractions. Has a few little niche stores that are worth the visit alone. Theres this great new retro video game store that buys and trades everything, so I can turn my old iPhone into a Nintendo 64! It also has a movie theater with great prices on Tuesday. Well worth looking into if youve never been here.
