This place is crazy! They have different folks coming to your home TRYING to fix things that they cant fix. Sometimes even making things worse. The plumbing is horridly old and the kitchen and bathroom smells like sewage every day. Ive been living here for 6yrs and there has been 4 different owners and all of them has raised the rent. They claim to have updates. But all they really did was sloppily painted the doors and put on a kick plate on the bottom. The inside has no updates, no dishwasher, no washer dryer connect. The ceiling in my bathroom has fallen 3xs. And they will not fix it. At one point I had to use an umbrella to use the toilet so the yellow liquid wouldnt fall on my head

Great shopping with the most sought after stores and restaurants. Many desirable services available, from financial to individualized personal pampering. Convenient to major Interstate highway (I-95). Plenty of parking. Only drawback is the hazardous exiting the parking lots onto a very heavily traveled roadway without the benefits of traffic lights to stop the flow of traffic on Dunn Avenue to allow patrons to more safely exit.

Very good place to shop. This shopping location used to be a bustling shopping Square. The nearby River City Market Square is much larger and therefore drew many shoppers from this location. However, there are many, many people still shopping here.

We used the cvs bathroom and bought water, ice, and sunflower seeds from them. We also spent a lot of time in the parking lot dealing with our ice chest and feeding our infant. It was a nice spot to do all that.

Not much here anymore...looks like its on the way down. Lots of empty storefronts, only 3 places to eat in...CiCis pizza, Firehouse Subs and Super China Buffet. Little Ceasers carry-out too.

There are very few decent shops in this shopping plaza. There is adequate parking for customers. There needs to be more businesses in this plaza for more stars in my rating.

CVS Dunn Ave has the WORST Pharmacy ever. I drove all the way back to Walgreen on 8th St rather than deal with them after they said it would take 3 days to transfer a RX.

Hard to find a parking space at times. Theres a police substation, so it feels safe. A pretty good mix of fast food, a Publix, Family Dollar, etc...
