This mall seemed to have flat lined over the years, but recent additions have put this mall on an uptrend. The store occupancy is not bad. Recent additions of Dicks sporting goods, Burlington coat factory, H&M, and Express are signs of an upswing for this mall. Haberrnaros now occupies the old Ruby Tuesday space, bringing back the ability to sit down and get table service or take a break from shopping to enjoy an adult beverage. If you are thinking of starting or expanding a business, I encourage you to check out this mall. You might find find mall management easier to work with than other malls. There are several inline stores that need to be filled, and entrepreneurs, with good concepts can do well here. An E cigarette store called Totally Wicked opened a few months ago and seems to be doing very well. There are also many open spaces for carts and kiosks and a good mix of products in these spaces would help round out the shoppers overall experience in the mall. Some tips and highlights...Stay at home moms, bring your kids in during the day and they can enjoy a train ride around the lower level, a bungee jump in the food court, and build there own teddy bear at the Berry Berry Teddy Bear Factory. Join the malls Kidget Club and you can get special parking, monthly events, and money saving coupons with every visit to the mall. For food and refreshments, Burgers in Paradise in the food court cooks your order fresh when you order it, in less then 5 minutes, and they have great reviews on Urban Spoon, and Paradise Smoothie Hut has the best tasting real fruit smoothies and protein shakes you will find anywhere. Access and traffic are much easier to navigate than the Altamonte mall, but watch for the exit going east on I-4, (exit 101c) as it about a mile before Hwy 46. If using the 417, take the Rhinehart road exit. A visit to this mall is good way to support small business as many of the stores, even some of the franchise names, are owned by local entrepreneurs who greatly appreciate your business. Stop by, meet them, and support them as they try to expand and create new jobs for the economy.

I am not much of a mall person to begin with. It was not crowded today when I went and the stores I visited were clean and welcoming. The mall itself was clean and had a few things for the younger kids to do like a small play area, a train that was giving rides, and a ride on animal rental. The food court has a nice selection of foods that is not all pizza and burgers but the restrooms in the food court were closed. I ended up walking all the way back across the entire mall in the wrong direction (I parked at the opposite end of the mall). Updates have not been done to these restrooms in quite some time. None of the facilities are touchless and only a few of them work. The lighting was drab and almost creepy, the stalls were super small, the tiles and counter tops are dated and stained, just yuck. Over all, it is an ok place. Nothing really stands out for me as far as, "this is my new favorite place to shop" or "I will never be back here again." It is just ok.

This is probably the worst mall in all of metro Orlando. I really dont know why or how its still open. The only reason I frequent this mall is because I work in the area. I will eat at the Chick-fil-A, and to shop at the Buckle store, I used to eat at Burger Bar and shop at the Gamestop, but unfortunately both of those places closed. Honestly, what mall doesnt have a Gamestop it it? Its mix of tattoo/piercing, calendar, lottery, and bad Chinese just dont do it for me. The parking is never good by the food court, and there are always dozens of employees and locals smoking outside the lower level entrance, which in turns makes for a nice smell of stale cigarette smoke as you walk in. There is way better mix of shopping in the rather large Marketplace at Seminole Towne center that was built directly behind this eye soar of steel and concrete.

In regards to the A&W...I met my wife for lunch at the mall and she only had 30 mins.. they wasted most of that talking to each other .. Then when our food was done.. one of their girlfriends showed up. After showing them EVERYTHING she bought at the mall, they gave her my wifes food free of charge and she walked off. After that, they proceeded to rush an order for us. After throwing it together as fast as they could, a chicken strip fell on the floor. When asked to replace it their response was...."that will take 5 more mins". No refund was given and there were no offers to fix the problem. With that being said, I will be contacting the store manager tomorrow.

Very few stores of interest. The entire mall just seems dirty, as if you want to take a sanitary wipe to everything in there before touching it. Some of the employees of various stores, especially the Sprint Store employees, are incredibly rude and harassing. If you go anywhere near them they and they see youre not with Sprint, they immediately start making fun of you and yelling at you to come into the store while you try to run away. The entire mall has a weird sewer smell to it as well. There are PLENTY of other malls in the Orlando area to visit like Altamonte, Florida Mall, or the Mall of Millenia. Seminole Towne Center cant even compare to any of those.

I enjoy taking my 6 year old daughter there. Its not too crowded (which is a bad thing I suppose). The food court could use a little more variety, but is more than satisfactory for the two of us. We enjoy being a part of the King its Club, which has some events throughout the year and also some special up-close parking (could use a few more spaces, though). My daughter also loves to play in the play area. It doesnt have a ton of features, but more than enough for her to run around with the other children. I recently moved out of the area and hope to find something similar close by, which will be a tall order it seems.

The management here is working hard to turn an aging mall into a more attractive place to spend your time, and they seem to be on the right path. Theres now a bar in the center of the food court that offers cider as well as beer and liquor. The Winey Wench offers painting classes and adult beverages of the grape-derived variety. That makes for a good date night. Boston Coffee has some great flavors. My wife likes the Nutty Irishman. Their velvet chicken soup is fantastic. The Towne Center suffered a bit a few years back, as we all did during the recession, but theyre making a smart comeback.

This was once a 5-star shopping mall. However, many stores have closed. There are a few good stores like Dillards, Talbots, Brookstones, Godiva, Macys, and Oriental Chi - a place to get a quick but excellent shoulder or foot massage, and Sephora. There is a Hagen-Daz in the food court that makes milkshakes from Hagen-Daz Ice Cream. Yummy! Pita (Hovan) Gourmet has the BEST Falafels and a great home-made Spanakopita! Hopefully more great stores will open there soon.
