My least liked shopping center in Cleveland. Anytime I go to most places around here, the service is slow and no one really cares. The one exception is the Key Bank here. They are great. I even hate the Huntington inside of Giant Eagle. I love Huntington, but this one is a horrible representation of their company. Just dont shop in this plaza. As an afterthought, the T-Mobile here is OK too.

I was going to Rite Aid and if you are coming in from Libby Road it is not easy to spot. The parking is something reminiscent of a demolition derby, with cars just going every which way. Its a decent shopping center, but be careful going in when you are exiting from Libby or Northfield Roads.

High crime area, what a joke, they cannot even protect there customers, case in point, a guy was shot and killed right in the parking lot in front of the security station! Numerous robberies, inadequate security. Management team that sucks! Close this place down!

The stores there have gone down in what it used to be. With no malls and superstores in the area they need to build the area back up not put all these low quality stores in. The only stores I shop in are Home Depot and Giant Eagle (and not always at this GE).

I remember Southgate years ago and I wish more stores would open there its still nice but the atmosphere had changed, no more christmas parades or any of the seasonal festivities, the whole neighborhood missed this and would welcome its return
