Getting to be a bit crowded down there, but when you consider all the "Loops" now, its a pretty darn big shopping area. The original Loop was at the NW corner of John Young and the Osceola Pky. It is anchored by a Kohls and a Regal multiscreen theatre (containing one of the upscale seat-selection, top o the line sound and picture RDX theatres which is pretty darn expensve, but great for new releases). Loop West came soon after, anchored by JC Penney, and TJ Maxx, if one can call TJ Maxx an anchor store. Loop East is the newest wing, and you have to go a bit east on the parkway to get to it (the three disparate sections are a bit of a hike from each other. Loop and West are walkable with caution, but I would drive to Loop East. East is anchored (I suppose) by a Fresh Market (yay) and a Hobby Lobby (if you dont know why you shouldnt shop there, go ahead and do so. Whatever). Food is plentiful, with fast foods and table service ranging from Wendys to Bonefish Grill and BJs Brewhouse, and they DO have a Chipotle. And, of course, a Starbucks, but thats like sayiing "by the way, the sun rises in the east". Assuming JCPenney doesnt go the way of the white whale, Loop West should continue to be a pretty good draw. "The" Loop (the original) is where the teens and tweens hang on weekends and parking, while never impossible, can be a bit annoying.. Just remember -- go over near Petco and there will be spaces. Youll get to your movie 45 seconds later. Chill. Why not 5 stars? Traffic, congestion, allowing such an incredibly intolerant religiously biased organization as Hobby Lobby to anchor one of their sections. But you arent forced to shop anywhere you dont want to, so shop where you want! We hit the area on a weekly basis at least. Oh, and theres multiple PokeStops and at least one Gym, for all you GO players.

Love The Loop and all the many store like Michaels, Kohls, JC Penny, Bealls, American Eagle and countless more that make up the two parts of this outdoor shopping Mall. Not to mention the Regal Cinema for enjoying a movie with friends/family after shopping. Grab a bite to eat at Chilis or a fast bite at Johnny Rockets or one of the other dining establishments. It would be nice however if there were a few more to choose from without having to drive across from one part of the mall to the other due to the dangerous and chaotic traffic patter that hampers this shopping plaza. That is why I gave this review a 4-Star rating. The congestion and madness is not only time consuming, annoying & frustrating but it is a DANGEROUS NIGHTMARE! Where ever you have entrance/exit points in this mall,you have potentially hazardous driving conditions that are unavoidable and that is why this review gets 4-Stars.

went to ashley furniture, bought a mattress and recliner, but what a cluster getting them delivered. told us they would be delivered , but only received partial order...even though we had been notified and verified that the entire shipment would arrive. finally two days later at midnight...yes midnight the rest was delivered even though our delivery window was 2 to 5 in the afternoon. cost me 2 days work. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I called and asked to talk to a manager and was hung up on not once, not twice but three times. Now Ill have to drive all the way down there to make my complaints known.

Nice selection of stores. However, the concept is completely wrong in my opinion. It is outdoor so you are either sweating or getting wet on the rain. To make things worse, the parking lot is on the center, instead of around the stores, so if you want to go from to another one you either take the car or have to cross though traffic lanes. Do not like to sendmy kids there because I am afraid of them crossing the parking lot.

The loop is a great local resource and a good bet for tourists looking for a non-tourist experience. Its close enough to the attractions to get some tourist traffic but its definitely primarily a local spot. Since it opened 10 years ago its always had its stores fully occupied which is unusual these days. Traffic is not bad and the variety of food, shopping and a large theater means you could spend most of a day there.

The Loop - which is complimented by the Loop West - is a very large, outdoor-mall style shopping center full of businesses in categories from A to Z. Theres lots of Clothing stores, Department Stores, Eateries (from Fast Food to sit-down Restaurants), Electronics Stores, a Gymnasium, Health and Fitness Stores, Home Improvement Centers, a Movie Theater, Pet Stores, Pharmacies, Wireless Carriers, and much, much more.

I absolutely love this place! Its a great place to hangout and do some catching up and shopping with a friend or by yourself! I have even taken my boys with me and was able to get some shopping done with bribing them with Menchies Frozen yogurt or a smoothie from Tropical smoothie. I use to live in Kissimmee now that I have moved to Orlando I still take the far drive just to visit! I highly highly recommend it.

As of right now everythjng is great except closing time. Many of us like to shop iintothe late hours earliest 9pm latest 11pm but yall be closing at 7 thats crazy we want to go and spend our money. Not have to worry about having to leave and not buy everything. So everything is good about the loop mall except the closing hours. I hope this can be changed and fixed Thats why i gave this a 4 star

The Loop has a great array of shops, boutique options, restaurants and movie theater. My only area of critique would be the parking and traffic situation. It gets a bit congested within the premises and, actually entering the Loop from John Young Parkway can be an absolute nightmare during heavier traffic. Could definitely use some updates.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE LOOP...its basically my 2nd home!!! Especially ROSS I PROBABLY KNOW EVERYONES NAME...Sooooo AWESOMELY KIND THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE...Even MET THE MANAGER ONCE n didnt even know it was the STORE Manager But it turned out to be a GREAT Time MEETING HIM..ya never know who you could be talkin to!!!GREAT GUY :)

I bought some dressed at madrag and the lady over charged me for one of the dresses but I noticed she said if I wanted to return it for my money I could so I looked at my receipt and I was even gone for five minutes went back and she told me I couldnt return it so their exchange policy is very deceiving and unprofessional

Traffic is always a mess in and around this shopping center. Parking is usually difficult to find and pedestrians rarely watch out for cars. On the weekends and Friday evenings the area is full of teens that seem overly annoying, even for teens. Like somehow the local youth detention center has field trips here.
