Went to the theater in the Fashion square mall to watch Oblivion with my boyfriend. It wasnt very clean, but it wasnt horribly dirty either. The seat I sat in and holes in the upholstery. Then it started raining; there are two things to be cautious of when its raining. 1: It leaks... Very badly. So its noisy, on the quieter parts of the movie there was a VERY audible sound of running water (not a dripping sound, but a steady stream of water) hitting something. 2: Be careful where you sit. Because of the leaks, you may get rained on. As I was leaving my movie, there was water dripping on me from the ceiling. Honestly, I have no idea how this even come closes to passing code. If you look up, you can see discolored ceiling tiles. Its rather unacceptable. If they could clean it just a tiny bit, fix the seating and fix the leaks, Id love to go there. But for now, Im avoiding it. Its pretty trashy.

This is a classic location here in Orlando. I remember back when the mall had an awesome arcade that still brings a lot of memories for me. Its no longer there which is sad but overall this place is good to come to every now and then more for nostalgia. The movie theater here is awesome and the comic book shop and hot topic are my usual stops here, not to mention the Bruce Lee statue near the martial arts place inside the building! The comic book shop is expensive though and Id recommend going to Sci Fi City a few blocks eastward. The mall is known as the ghetto mall but for me it still has class that for its time was a fancy place to be. Its pretty quiet and not so packed currently and a good place to go with family. Ill be back for sure soon to catch a movie. You should definitely check it out.

Unfotunately this mall is going down. So many stores closed. Several times Ive gone and the so called security is a joke. I have gone there and seen a cluster of them just hanging out in one spot apparantly not doing their jobs. I wish i could get paid for hanging out. When i was leaving the mall with my children and elderly parents a guy was in plain view by the parking garage peeing by the car and no security to be found. I reported it and apparantly waS on deaf ears as when i returned the following week there they are again hanging out in a cluster. I just dont think they truly care for the safety of the customers. Truly amazes me as i use to love to come here.

A shopping mall thats over 3 decades old, this used to be one of Orlandos nicer places to shop. Sadly, ts now considered by many locals to be a lower-end shopping mall, with the most run-down Macys in central Florida. While the new developer has attempted to revitalize this shopping center for over 2 years, (including the addition of a business hotel yet to be completed), Orlando Fashion Square continues to be second-rate to other nearby shopping centers. Furthermore, the type of clientele that has besieged this shopping mall (and movie theater) also makes coming here unpleasant... even uncomfortable.

Use to be such a great Mall. Now its taking completely dead which is okay but weird bc it use to be the hangout spot for teenagers. No ac in mall!!! Hot hot hot!!! The bowling alley has stupid people working there that are rude and super slow. Theres only like 4 food places in food court. Two chinese, subway an expensive burger place and an expensive pizza place. This mall has no clothes stores for men besides one and its really ghetto, not name brand and the mannequins have their boxers showing!!! Only name brand are the shoe stores here.

If you are a fan of off brand stores like "Jazzy Jams Clothing" and "Team Sports USA", long empty corridors with abandoned construction zones, AM radio headquarters, and beauty pageants held by the broken elevator, then this is the mall for you. I dont know why everyone abandoned Fashion Square, but when they left the stores went with them. It wasnt always this way, and to return to its former glory it will need a bit of a facelift. Personally, Im rooting for its return to glory, mostly because Mall of Millenia is way too far away.

This is a very small but convenient mall. It is a little close to pine hills which is kind of a bad area however not many low lifes are in the mall. It clean until later through out the day when dirty people go to the mall and leave their crap everywhere which is disgusting. you cant complain when a place is dirty when you contribute to the filthyness. However, its a nice small mall if you dont feel like to go to a more crowed mall. I have never been to the cinema inside the mall but it looks like any regular theater.

Beginning to be a "Magic Mall". Management has definitely lost control. Various stores are closed during the day. Several stores playing their own music, overriding the Mall Music. "Free-standing" advertising signs are out beyond the stores in the walkways. Sprint stations its sales crew outside their business, badgering mall shoppers as they walk by, not just asking them if they would be interested, but following along with them past the Sprint store, even after the shoppers have said they are not interested.

Average mall. Good movie theater, but limited food choices in the food court. I only count 3 eating options to choose from. Food court food is also overpriced as far as I can tell. Every time I come its not packed even during the weekend, which I guess it can be both good and bad. Good because theres no line for anything and bad because its bad for stores which can be the cause for a lot of stores closing. Overall its a good mall to hang out with friends. You will never have any issues finding a parking spot

i really liked it when i was younger, but now its dead and of all things, I got kicked out indefinitely for "stealing earrings" when they searched me at jcpenny and found nothing on me, found the earrings where i said I put them and then called the police on me just because I "looked suspicious and they didnt know if I really hadnt stolen anything" because I was wearing a hijab and a black hoodie and going to the checkout and then changing my mind and setting them down on the nearest earring stand. like really?!?

Unlike most Central Florida malls... Fashion Square for the most part is an escape from tourist. Your more likely to see locals and families taking in the stores or movies. You have a good selection of anchor stores and main stream shops. Ive seen this mall make great improvements over the years. And continues to grow and try to offer more. Ive given them 4 stars soley because of the Food Court. I wish there was more of a selection than two Chinese style restaurants, a burger place, and a Subway.

This mall is such crap ... They dont have any clothes stores, all they worry about is the bowling alley , which is not real... The pins are on strings ! The security is lazy , all they do is walk around and talk with each other. When theres an actual problem theres no one around. This place should honestly be shut down or get new owners that will actually do something and not just talk about it . I would not recommend going to this mall.. Go to Florida mall or any other mall !!
