Tommy Hilfiger store is disgusting! I was there around 6:30pm on 10/31/2015. It was a horrible horrible experience there. Will never visit this store and will never buy Tommy Hilfiger stuff any more. All because of Mike, the store manager there. Below is what happened. If youve ever been in that store, you know there is no particular line to wait for cashiers, so I picked one cashier waited for him to take care another customer ahead of me (later I learnt he is Mike, store manager). It seems like he almost done with that customer, but he still told me "you go wait over there", yes, thats what exactly he said, just like that. I even had to ask where to wait, he just pointed it out to me. I thought he was going to finish his work for the day and was a long day for him, that happens all the time to all of us, so I moved to the place he pointed without saying anything. Then after a minute, it was still his turn to serve me. I walked to his station again, no greetings from him, that doesnt matter, I only need to pay and leave. But all of sudden, he moved all my stuff to another cashier and told me to go there to pay. Ok, thats the moment I was pissed off. I asked him whats the matter with you, what are you doing here. He said he needs to take care another customer who might need to return a stuff, and that customer was even after me in the line. I got angry and left without buy anything. But I did return to the store, because I felt I was not treated like a normal customer. I wanted to report him. Thats when I learnt he is the manager and his name is Mike, then I realized he didnt even serve the customer he claimed might have stuff to return, another cashier was taking care of him. I asked information how to report a complaint, he tried to explain to me said only manager could do return and he didnt want another customer to wait. I dont know how much I can accept that explanation. So this is what happened. This is how the store treat their customer. I just cannot be happy with it!

I used to come here before they expanded to what it is now. outlets? what a joke. Its a location for clothing shopping and nothing more. which Im ok with. Most of the stores charge retail prices. I will say most. there are deals to be had here but dont get it in your head that your walking out with a steal of a price most of the time. I still come here for northface, adidas and nike. I bought the wife a Micheal Kors purse and the prices are no cheaper than nordstroms. Crocs, sketchers and Famous Shoe arent any cheaper than anywhere else if not more. sad, I used to love going here when I cared about fashion. deals can still be found, but not as frequent.

Always been the place i love to shop around the holidays and back to school stuff. Their nike and adidas store are like the only places i go to at that outlet. I agree with other reviews they have not much of a good source of food. Their nike store is i dont know tbh. I have never been to any other nike store. But id say the one here is pretty small? Its not tooo small or tooo big. I usually look to buy soccer cleats but they dont have any or i just cant find any. Overall nike and adidas are a pretty good store there. They have lots of sales especially nike during special times. Anyways, enjoy.

I am not a big outlet mall shopper, but I usually go to Aurora a couple times a year. Generally, I find better "deal/sales" at the retail stores. I use to like the Longaberger Basket store, because they had items reasonable priced that made nice gifts; it is no longer there. I always go to Banana Republic I almost always find clothes that fit and are current (my style of dress is more tailored) and the mark downs are substantial. The Gap is the other store Ill shop at; but you have to have time to go through the racks and try on the clothes. If you do, you will likely find some real bargains.

The nice thing about this place is that instead of paying full price for correctly made goods at the mall, I can come here and pay a little bit less than full price for defective or outdated merchandise. I look at all the losers around town that payed full price for their clothes and have their sleeves be equal length. Well I dont need a full length sleeve on my left arm and I payed $10 less. Also there is a pond with ducks, the ducks are vegetarian so dont try feeding them unwanted children. Unwanted children should be left at your local fire station.

I like shopping here before, but not now. I bought a top for my daughter three days ago. But my daughter doesnt fit the size so I tried to return it because of no other size for me to exchange. However, I was told by sales women yesterday that I can not return it because their policy only accept exchange other merchandise in their store in 30 days. Also they put a small tag on the POS machine which shows no refund. I never know it. They said I have to buy something because of no return policy in Michael Kors store here. Be careful!!!

Nice outlet to go to with many stores. A few years back I would go there and get a years worth of shopping because they had great deals. This year however, stores in general didnt have much sales or a lot of buyable things. Didnt come back with a lot. Food court has very limited options. (Subway, pizza place, and icecream place. Thats it) *****Make sure to ask for a students discount if youre a college student***** Not many stores offer it, but Polo, Tommy, Banana Republic do for example.

A well-maintained space with a nice selection of stores. Over the past few years, they have added names like Under Armour, The North Face and continue to add more stores. Id say some of the "deals" at these stores are hit or miss, but you can hardly fault the mall itself for how they price things. This location does a nice job of providing facilities, stores, and parking for the shoppers. Overall, I recommend it! Dont miss: there is plenty of parking in the back if the front fills up.

Great Coach store. Adidas was small, but had good selection. Nike was also small, but had terrible selection. Feeding the ducks is fun and food can be obtained by making a donation to the Simon Youth Foundation. Food court is terrible. Only two employees running three outlets. The location is super odd. Not near any major highway. It is situated between residential housing. Since there is nothing else in the area, this will do.

When the weather is nice and you dont want to drive to Legacy Village or Crocker Park, Aurora Farms provides a nice place to walk around and peruse. The dining isnt that great (Subway, pizza, and cash-only ice cream), and the stores are generally on par, price-wise with their analogous retail shops, there are some shops here that you cant find closer. Take some time to feed the ducks (just dont bring your own bread).
