This last time was horrible! Every time I go I get followed..and I dont steal anything so theyre letting others walk out cause suck at reading people..which is theyre jobs so they need to be fired! But I spent $1000 tonight and got not only followed, but attitudes when I asked for things, got charged double on 3 items..same exact serial numbers duh, asked if I knew my comforter set was so pricy like 3 times, which was right before she started double charging me on things. Then when I called to inform then of their mistake the lady literally said, "so what do you want me to do?" Nothing I suppose! So tomorrow theyll get the same lousy attitudes I always get but in there face and with my loud friend next to me. Get it together Wal Mart or Ill spend my thousands in Daytona!

First, I’m not employed at Wal-Mart. NSB Wal-Mart is new, anytime a company starts up in a New building ...there is going to be some hiccups! Just deal with them, and move on. It’s no big deal! Music fan! I think your post is very discriminating! SO,.. if you weren’t female, or well dressed, hair neat, etc.,… then getting funny looks and being followed would be ok? Really? I think you are just either paranoid OR better yet, just trying to start a racist thing. I get funny looks, and sometimes get followed places I patronize too.... I DONT LET IT BOTHER ME! I know plenty of "exactly how you described yourself" people who frequent the NSB Wal Mart and Dont have your issues. Just deal with them, and move on. It’s no big deal!

This particular location has a phenomenal "Garden Center" with very helpful employees, but unfortunately it has become very overcrowded as of lately with all of the extremely lazy customers who are entirely too impatient and ignorant to checkout upfront, so they just take advantage of the employees working out in the utterly humid 101° heat by checking out overflowing carts of groceries through the clearly displayed "Garden Center" portion of the store. The flowers appear to be suffering due to this, but management does not seem to care even the slightest, despite losing countless business from people who are actually in the "Garden Center" for gardening purposes.

This location once had a very relaxed, and laid back atmosphere that drew me to it. But sadly, it has become overrun with tourists, or those who are just passing through on the interstate, and is no longer our little hometown Walmart. Unless you go after midnight, its constantly over crowded with extremely rude, and inconsiderate customers, most of which put off the obvious signs of being from out of town. If not for the extremely courtesy and friendly staff, I wouldnt bother with this store any longer. It has everything you need, but stay away after lunch time until about 12am or be prepared to deal with crowds thatll test your anxiety!

They dont care about their employees or anyone... My family and I were pulling in to park to get some groceries and this lady took off on a bicycle she had just stolen we got it back for them gave them all info of her vehicle what she had on etc. Then after were about to finally go grocery shopping heres this lady again picking up a guy that looked like walked out with a bunch of items not in bags even told them that they didnt care we called cops as we were chasing the lady and nothing was done they didnt care and the employee that was at the door got hurt trying to get a hold of the bike and still nothing

Customer service handled my warranty battery I a timely fashion. I had come from my place of work at a dealership where the battery tested with a bad cell. I then went to Wal-Mart for a warranty replacement when customer service informed me they had to test with their machine. Policy is policy we proceeded to the final stage of my retrieving my replacement. The process was well handled as their had been enough to take care of The traffic at this department to keep customers satisfied even as a dead cell on a battery was a terrible start to ones day. Thank you new Smyrna Wal-Mart for a great job.

If I could give a rating of -100 I would! This walmart deserves a NEGITIVE rating for sure! We have stopped in here 2 times, I REFUSE to go back a third time! DO NOT buy fish from here, you WILL waste nearly an HOUR of your life standing there WAITING for someone to finally show up to help you! The employees avoid customers like the plague! I should NOT have to go to electronics 25 times to get them to send someone over to help me!!! Nearly an HOUR of my life gone because god knows NO ONE knows how to help someone. They need to FIRE EVERYONE and start from scratch with people who actually care!!!

Ive been here three times since the new location opened. Every time was between 7 PM to 8 PM (arrival), all 3 I had 15+ minute waits in one of the 2 open lanes which had massive lines, and all three times I was followed by security. Even someone who isnt an OEF combat veteran (which I am) could realize they were being specifically targeted. Im more offended that they made it so blatant than I am over being shadowed the whole time. Newsflash, not everyone under 50 is a criminal trying to shoplift! Staff was unprofessional and obviously lacked any real training.

Lines are tooooo long! Not enough registers open. When returning items; just the fact that you only are allowed to return something 5 times within a year without a receipt is ridiculous! I constantly get clothing from family members and friends that I do not like or whatever my reason is to return the item and I often do not ask my family or friends for a receipt because it is impolite. This Wal-Mart and most others are usually dirty looking and the mdse. is not neat and orderly like before. Wal-mart management is mostly to blame in my opinion.

Why is the PRODUCE section, still soooo awful. I have to leave there and go back to Publix for fresh and pretty produce. The biggest problem is along the lettuce container,all the way across it. Your ads say you have the freshest produce anywhere. Well not in the New Smyrna Beach store. Its awful. Also your canteloupes are way over ripe. I came in last weekend, and again this weekend to check this area for fresh! lettuce. None, all brown and buggy.Please get us folks in this neighborhood, the Fresh produce, you advertise.

If I could give no stars I would!!! This Walmart sucks! DONT BUY MEAT FROM THEM!!!!!! I bought 2 packs of ribs yesterday and opened them today for football season today, they smelt like fish and were ROTTEN!!! Called the store, no apology NOTHING!!!! They NEVER have anything you are looking for! You will get sick from their meat and produce! If you get it and all of a sudden wind up in the hospital. DONT SAY YOU WERENT WARNED!!

The managers are so not professional,there always lieing,they do not know how to run or give orders to there associates, starting with donna the assistant manager of grocery side,such a lacker,an a very big lier to the associates,also so much ppl there on drugs at that store, word is night crew goes to mannagement house after work and smoke pot,also mannagement dating associates and a lot more bullcrap at that store.
