This place is one of the worst place I have ever deal with. The workers are rude and nasty they dont know how to talk to people and dont know how to do their jobs. The lady BECKY was the mane problem she need to get another job with her nasty attitude. And the other lady to scary to do her job right so she just following behide BECKY. I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH RENT A CENTER IN ROCK HILL SC ON CHERRY ROAD.

The staff is friendly and engaging. Ive never had a problem with them but based on the other reviews it would appear that those reviews may be from disgruntled former customers that were probably in bad standing and taking it out on the staff.
