This is our second bad experience with this store. Our only dealing with them is the Verizon purchases that we made over several years. The first time (years ago) we bought the cover for the phone front. They said if we had problems like a screen crack, it was guaranteed. Wrong, it was not because it happened to us! Next, just a few months ago, we bought phones along with renewing our wireless contract and we were promised a monthly rebate to offset the cost of the phones. One phone would be free and the other would cost around $10 per month for the two years. Wrong! We fought and fought with Verizon for our credits. Many, many hours on the phone and lots of aggravation later, we believe we might actually see the rebates. Verizon said the store was completely wrong to tell us we could get those credits and that they were only for new customers, which we werent. Radioactive told us we absolutely could get the credits when we signed up. Displeased!

did a lot of research in the process of cutting the cable cord and had bids from several different contractors to do pieces of the entire project. Radioactive was the only on that could do everything from start to finish--antenna, dvr, wifi upgrade, integrating my existing home theater system with upgrades to my tv, speakers, receiver, repairing an outside speaker system and incorporating everything into a single universal remote. As with most technology projects, nothing is ever seamless or without problems, but I will give Matt Smith and his guys kudos for their followup and making sure everything worked to our satisfaction. They showed up on time did everything they said they would and have even followed up afterwards to make sure if there is a problem to let them know. Could not recommend them more highly

Ive bought a lot of stuff over the years with some good experiences and some not so good. I can truly say the experience I had with Matt, Dan and Aaron was by far the best. I bought a 70 inch tv, a surround system and built in speakers and these guys did the job to perfection! Mounted the tv on the wall, set up the surround system with not one wire exposed and had the patience to show me how to operate everything. If Ive had a question, theyve had the answers. They have the ability to under promise and over deliver every time. I would highly recommend these guys and their services. They are definitely a class act and a cut above the rest. They know how to make it happen. Call these guys! You wont be disappointed.

We arranged for Matt Smith & the Radioactive team to design & install our home theater system - and we could not be more thrilled with the results! The team paid careful attention to each and every detail, including manually tuning the audio components to give us a theater-quality experience. Moreover, the installers were exceedingly polite and professional throughout the service. Several months later I also purchased a Verizon phone through Radioactive -- the experience far exceeded a prior unpleasant purchase process at my local Verizon store. Highly recommend Radioactive Electronics!!

Matt and Radioactive Electronics installed a home theater system in my basement. It involved complex wiring and some seriously eardrum-bursting acoustical hardware, but they nailed the job. Matt and the Radioactive crew were courteous and unobtrusive throughout the process, and were patient and responsive to my (many) questions. I really appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend Radioactive Electronics for all your electronics needs. Next up, a whole-house Heos system!

I found the product, service, and price far superior to the experience I have had previously with the big box retailers. Mounting the flat screen tv above the fireplace mantle was challenging since there was no access from above or below. But the install was completed without damage to any walls...and no wires or cords are visible. The internet wireless signal was weak but Matt found a solution for that too! This is my first 5 star review and they earned it!

Matt and the entire staff of RadioActive is amazing! If youve never been to their showroom, I highly recommend it. RadioActives pricing is typically lower than others Ive seen out there and these guys are so down to earth and "real" that theyre awesome to work with! RadioActive Electronics set up a great entertainment system for my new home. They were able to respond timely and provided options to upgrade that has now provided us with much more than we ever thought possible. On the day of my move in, they installed and mounted all TVs and wired a HEOS system that enables us to get music through the entire house. Well done and timely!!

Matt and his crew are great guys to work with! We had a whole house surround sounds and alarm system place. Everything work great. If we have any problems or questions. Matt always available by phone or email to help us within 24 hours period. Great customer services! I truly recommend RadioActive for your electronics needs.

Aaron did an awesome job putting a complete sound deadening kit into my 2009 Saturn Sky, along with a few other mods to get some larger, more capable drivers into the stereo system. Given the complexity and the one-off nature of the job I was pleased with the results. Will be taking my Mustang there for similar treatments.
