Great service in store, poor service when calling. I called to speak with the key dept, a lady named Kate answered. She would send me to key dept, then when it would get back to her, she would resend it over. after several attempts to transfer me, finally the phone was picked up, no one said anything and i sat there for a minute and a half. hung up and called again, it happened again on the first transfer. By my 3rd call back, someone else picked up the phone. No apologies were given, and seemed very dull. As i said before, this store has always had great service for me in store, but on the phone, i would rate it extremely poor service.

I went to this Ace Hardware because I was looking to fix a broken air intake tube on my throttle body. Auto stores didnt have any way to fix it, telling me Id have to replace the whole thing. Luckily, a gentleman at Ace Hardware came up with a clever solution- to fit a custom cut copper tube where the broken tube used to be.. All I needed to do was JB Weld where it met the throttle body, and use a screw band clamp over the hose connection. Works as well as it should now! Thanks for helping me find a fix, Ace!

My family and I were on a bike ride and had a flat tire on one of our bikes. We stopped at ACE Hardware and an older fella named Bruce helped us pick the right tube and install the tube. He is a good example of what customer service should be. I would actually be in support of minimum wage being raised to $15/hr if the majority of American employees had the same work ethic as Bruce. Hes definitely not a zit-faced tween just looking to get off work to play video games. My family appreciates you.

Nice quality hardware store with good selection The greenhouse has a wide selection of the common indoor and outdoor plants as well as some unusual plants that you may not find elsewhere The best thing to point out is the emphasis on superior customer service The staff is available to help you without you having to search for them and they know what theyre talking about

Love this place! No trips across the ditch for hardware any more. Great service. Bought a grill at 5:00 one night. They delivered and I was cooking by 6:30. Need propane filled at 7:00 pm...no problem.

I like the store its a bit expensive, and they close way to early At least stay open till 9, due to my work schedule I never get a chance to go. The only place that closes at 8 lol.
