Purchased (4) hanging pots of Vista Fuchsia (Supertunia) in March 2017. Was told they could handle full or partial sun, and are low maintenance. Two of them have already died. I requested store credit and Evan declined stating there is no warranty on hanging plants. Very disappointing and not the service I expect considering the money Ive spent with Hagan over the years. Time to find another place to spend my money$$ Sep 2016- 2 stars- Every visit to Hagans is usually a good one. Todays...not the best experience. I had a $10 of $50 to use so I was getting an air filter, plug, and chain for my stihl quick attachment system. The guy tried to sell me the wrong filter for stihl. Huge no no. Lucky I knew which one my head unit needed! Had to wait for him to go to back 2x which was 4 minutes per trip. Hey...heres an idea...keep your stock on sales floor where customers shop. Wait...that makes sense. Scratch that! Then the girl at register didnt know how to check to see if they had a tan sidekick in stock. That took a few minutes for someone to help! Sorry Ace. I love you guys (despite your high prices), but today just wasnt the best experience.

Its really kind of sad when you try to support local businesses, even to the point of paying the 15% to 20% higher pricing than a national store, but the attitudes, lack of stock, and indifference drive you right back to Lowes or Home Depot. This morning several of us were made to wait outside the store, after the opening time, while the employee was playing on his smartphone. As 2 people left the comment, see you in a few minutes at Lowes, was made. Then once I got inside to look for a new lawn mower I was advised that "Lawn mower season is over". I was not aware that here in sunny Florida (where my lawn gets mowed year round) that there was a season. I have made my final attempt at supporting this store.

Horrible service. We were in the process of shopping for a Christmas tree and outdoor decorations and they kicked us out TWO HOURS before closing time saying they were throwing a party TWO WEEKS before Christmas. I am so frustrated that they closed 2 hours early on a Saturday when they already close early compared to other businesses (7pm). There was no warning or signs posted and the employee was extremely rude saying "I forgot to close the gate, I sold the last tree Im going to sell today. They will be here tomorrow" Well guess what? I sure as hell wont be.

I am so grateful to have this place so close to home. It is convenient for little last minute needs. I also get great advice on big projects as well. All of the staff is experienced and helpful. Special thanks to Daniel! I seek out his great advice every time I go in now. It feels like a family owned and operated hardware store for sure!

Just had the best experience at that strore. Bought a pair of Costas there today had a employee/manager let me test out the glasses out in the sun to make sure it was what I wanted. On top of that made sure walked out rockin a free AMERICA Costa hat!!. They just made a life long customer...plus they have a nice knife display

They never seem to have what I am looking for and I am a casual do-it-yourselfer. I would think a neighborhood hardware store would be adequately stocked with helpful people. Besides lacking in inventory, I have been disappointed with the customer service. One guy even yawned in my face after saying he couldnt really help me.

I much rather do my shopping here with these guys than the other big box stores in the area. They have a better selection and their people are helpful and friendly. Some of their prices are a little higher for certain things but the quality is way better.

Very convenient. Very seldom do they not have what I am looking for. Try and go on Saturday morning for something off the green egg grill out front. Very helpful. Wait! Theyre supposed to be .. theyre the helpful hardware men.

Awesome selection of plants. From the conventional to the not so conventional and rare. Prices are a little steep, but it was awesome walking around the nursery area. And, I did end up buying some carnivorous plants.

I only shop here if I know exactly what I need and I am 100% sure they have the item. Even then, I am hesitant to enter the store. Terrible customer service, high prices, and poor inventory.

Friendly staff. Garden department extremely knowledgeable with fertilization and pesticide application tips. Prices sometimes higher than larger stores, but conveniently located.

This store is failing as our neighborhood hardware store. I would rather drive to Lowes or Home Depot than to try and get any help...good luck with that...from these guys.
