I dropped of a string trimmer for minor repairs and it was "misplaced". After some back and forth it was finally resolved. Make sure your equipment is tagged and you have paperwork in hand before leaving. All in all the situation was resolved "fairly" however, it did take some "convincing" on my part to settle the situation.

Theres a difference between going to a real hardware store and a big box store like h-depot or lowes. These guys actually have people on staff that know what theyre doing, and they can actually service equipment they sell unlike big box stores. Definitely recommend them.

Im by no means a home improvement expert, but am not completely inept by any means. I was very unimpressed by the condesending nature of the employees. For my next project Ill be driving the extra 10 minutes to Home Depot. Sorry, just not at all impressed.
