My local home depot is a disappointment. Difficult to get help. You have to search for someone to help you out which can sometimes have you combing the entire store! When you finally do get someone to help they act annoyed as if they have better things to do. I understand some customers can be rude but dont put everyone in that category. I do have to mention a few employees that were great and went above and beyond to help us with our needs. Herman, a military veteran who helped us find a fluorescent light and wall light. Im not even sure that was his department but he helped us anyway! Such a pleasure talking with him. Moises in the paint department. We asked someone else for help and they pointed us in the right direction but Moises was near by and heard us and said let me show you and went out his way to personally take us there and showed us different options. Very kind and helpful. Finally when we arrived at check out we were greeted by Francia. So sweet and helpful. She even showed us how to use the HD app to order a part online! Miramar need to work on customer service skills and these three employees can be used as an example of how to provide great customer service. I would have given 1 star but because of those 3 employees I bumped it up to 2.

This Home Depot receives two stars because the management either are poor at paying attention to their store or cannot find good workers. Im in my 30s but remember when workers at home improvement stores could build a home. These current workers cannot even find their own home. Unfortunately this location is close to home if not I would have to drive to the Weston store which has 100 times trained workers.

Workers pretend they dont speak spanish so that they dont assist you if you ask them if they do, then you ask them in english and they know they are caught and seems like they are btoehred.Dont know where half the stuff is, Made mistakes on cutting curtains, Terrible. Staff is MISERABLE

Worst return service ever. The manager was argumentative and rude on me returning a product within the return policy window that would not even turn on. This is after I waited fifteen minutes for the manager to come speak with me. Great store, but employees need some work.

This Home Depot is one of the most organized I have seen in the area. It is kept clean and items are placed correctly. The lines are usually fairy short, so they deal with the traffic well. They have a larger selection than other local Home Depots.

I have been waiting on isle 30 for 25 mins with no one come to help, every employee that comes says they will call the guy. An employee all the way from eletrical was nice to help in someway.... what joke

Service is impossible. Looking for an aluminium bar, took me faster to search through the aisles than to find a sales rep. Come on head office, get your trainers to come in & inspect this place.

No cashiers to assist you.... when you ask for help it is almost as if youre bothering them. Customer service does not exist here. Staff appear to be very miserable.
