I bought tile here for 1000 sq ft. I was told that it was rectified tile. The total cost of tile was almost $2500. Once we started installation the company we had putting it in told us this tile wasnt rectified. I went back to the store with the tile and the man working in the department said to me "What do you expect me to do about it?". I couldnt believe that and was told I could not get a refund for returning. I contacted corporate and they were less help. Continued to get the run around while home depot took any accountability for such horrible service and lack of knowledge of the product. Since we were stuck with the tile we put it in. I have heard similar stories dealing with home depot and will absolutely not be taking my business there anymore. I have a properties that all involve major projects and will likely go through Lowes. Stay away from home depot especially in Melbourne.

Hello prospective customers of Home Depot my name is Charles. Many different types of jobs I have I done and got my materials and tools from the Home Depot. The workers there are very friendly knowledgeable and helpful they will go out of their way to help you find and narrow down the search for the exact stuff you need for your project. My boss is even bought some tools actually machines from the tool rental place good stuff. The only reason I didnt leave Home Depot 5 out of 5 stars is that some of the stuff they do sell there is made in China and we all know that Chinese manufactured items are not meant to last but to be replaced which is very sad otherwise I go there anytime over Lowes.

The employees at this store are incredibly friendly & knowledgable. A year ago, there existed an issue at the tool rental department, but Home Depot went above & beyond to solve the issue and retain me, as a customer. Previously, I had preferred and been a long time fan of Lowes. But now, this Home Depot is my preference & go to store. Two thumbs up!!

Can be hard to find someone that actually knows about the section that you need help with. Can stand around for a long time without getting help. If a person who can help is there, you may be 3rd or 4th in line. Displays dont have sufficient information and dont sync with online store. Managers can be extremely helpful though!

Ive been to this location several times. Some of the visits were, to return product purchase at a different location. Not one time has anyone been anything but professional & helpful. Never giving me a hassle about anything. Their staff has always gone out of their way, to make my visits a pleasure.

Nice store but didn;t honor a valid competitor printed coupon. Apparently unless its a "card" coupon they won;t accept it. Get with the digital age Home Depot!! I was very disappointed. Next time Ill think twice before I spend my$160. Probably won;t be back at this store for some time.

Store does not honor military discount. Manager admits that stores from Titusville south to Okechobee do not apply military discount to "commodities" i.e. 95% of items.Recommend shopping at Lowes or the Orlando area Home Depots where the military discount is applied to 100% of items.
