This is the most attentive Home Depot to shop at with friendly staff and a manager named Tanna that goes above and beyond. I shop here just about every week. We got an American Standard Cadet 3 toilet last yr and it cracked on the tank. Very unusual but read other reviews that had same exact crack pattern. Tanna proved what I already knew: Home Depot stands behind what they sell. We are on a fixed income now and she couldnt have been nicer or more understanding! We ended up with the Cadet 4 since we were still uneasy about replacing it with the same model that seems to have had a bad run that produced our defective tank. It was already upsetting to have a new toilet do this which ruined some flooring but you couldnt have asked for nicer treatment from this stores staff and awesome manager:Tanna.Thanks!

We waited for over 10 minutes for the only lumber sales associate to help us as we stood in the same aisle as him as he was talking to another customer. He walked past us several times while making eye contact but never once acknowledged us. When we finally approached him we realized he was just BSing with the customer and had no intention of helping us. We went to another section to ask for help but they told us that only the lumber sales associate could help us with selecting and cutting lumber. So we just left. I dont recommend coming here for lumber at all unless you want to be ignored and never once acknowledged.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced - under staffed and never anyone there to help you with what you need. I dont recommend anyone going to this particular Home Depot. Columbus or other cities, they are always on point - I think this store needs structure and a much better attitude. However, the flooring department was good , but I hate to say - all others failed. I dont think anyone wants to go in a store where you feel like its become personal

Not very good. Was in town and decided to purchase a new toilet with install for my rental. Almost 3 weeks later and I can not get in touch with the installer. The store couldnt even get them to call me. Canceled the order and will have to come back in town to get my refund. Guess Ill try Lowes as Home Depot couldnt care less.

Very helpful customer service, however it does get confusing to try and find what you need at times because the store is so huge and open. Luckily I gave it the 4 stars because of the service; they will gladly show you where to pick up what you need.

8 people in the return line and 8 iniformed employees standing around staring into space. One person on the register. I was out in 15 minutes. So not too bad. I was getting worried + 2 stars

My experience there was about an hour ago. It was terrible! Nobody ever came around to sell us carpet. They just lost thousands of dollars for doing carpeting in our entire house.

As far as home depots go its nice. Went there for some simple furnace cement and they didnt have it. I find that amazing. Ended up getting it at ace.

Its always impossible to find help ... even in the sections where you need an associate to help cut rope chain etc. ...
