I called in today to find out if a deadbolt was in stock that I broke at my office yesterday. A gentleman named Steve in doors took my call and was super knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out my lock was discontinued. I was impressed! He told me to bring it to him and let him check it out and even after taking it to a local guy twice who couldnt do it Steve fixed it up in no time and got us back in business at no charge. You could tell he really enjoyed his job and it showed to the customer. I hope this reaches your managers because we need more "Steves" in the world!

I am a veteran and the idiots at the check out at the Massillon , Ohio store say I need to be disabled or retired and drawing a pension to get the 10% discount. Even the store manager wants to argue the point. Just what is Home Depots policy on the discount?? I have the Veterans I.D. card showing dates of service, honorable discharge and the benefits card. The sign in the parking lot says DAV and veterans. Either the policy is stated wrong or they are wrong. Which is it?

Absolute best place ever. Ive been there 1000 times. Just walked in with the defective glacier Bay faucet and they just gave me a new. He said normally you have to call the 800-number but will just swap it out. And this is why I buy everything at Home Depot

Will not return to this location.was there to buy roofing materials and was treated very rude by one employee who was cleaning the bathroom.even asked the guy before I walked in to see if bathroom was open

I bought new carpet there 2 weeks ago for my bedroom. The guy in carpet had no idea what he was doing and it took 45 minutes just to find out I had to drive to the Strip location to get my carpet.
