This is without a doubt one of the worst Home Depot stores out there. I placed a call to see if they had a particular item in stock as I live an hour from this store. I wanted to verify before making the 2 hour round trip. Makes sense right? One would think at least. I called and spoke to someone in Lawn & Garden. Lets just say he was TERRIBLE. Awful service, it was as if I was an inconvenience to him. He finally found the item and I asked him to please hold it for me as I would be coming to get it in couple of hours. His response? "you need to contact Will Call to do so". I said "could you please handle this for me so I dont have to go through all this again with someone else?" How next response? "this is not my job, but I will do it". REALLY? Wish I was lying folks but this is a true story. I wish I could give a zero. I was desperate to get this item as this was the only store in a 50 mile radius that had it. I got the item and I will NEVER shop there again. Perhaps you should offer a customer service 101 class.

If you are a contractor, house flipper, DIY person, or even someone fixing a household item... GO TO ANOTHER HOME DEPOT!!! 1. The selection is terrible and the inventory of what they are suppose to have is even worse. 2. Everything is un-organized with different sizes, parts, even items in the wrong spot. 3. Specifically the plumbing, drywall, and outdoor power equipment departments are the worse. 4. I specifically made a list of PEX parts I needed to do plumbing. I could not find one thing I needed. I literally decides to go a whole different route to get the job done. 5. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! Not one person asked if I needed help. When I finally asked, they did not know anything, or they werent the person for that department. Upper managemen needs to come in and set the tone. Take the store manager to a good store and show them what leadership looks like.

This has to be one of the worst home Depot store out there, the employees are polite, but has no idea what theyre talking about, Im sure not theyre fault, lies with management. In fact had problem with a guy in plumbing, which didnt understand what an air gap was in plumbing?? But anyway I walked away shaking my head knowing the manger had seen us, as he was tell his employee to turn his radio on, was coming to help or at least say anything, nope told the other manger walking in other direction he was going to lunch and that so was he

They have what I need most of the time, but their employees are so rude & unhelpful. Every time I ask someone where something is located or if they have a certain item, no one knows. Youre lucky if they even know what your talking about. Apparently this guy who works there had no idea what am air conditioner relay was-- which they didnt even have. Hire people who at least have some knowledge about appliances.

My best experience in home improvement shopping. The store even carries some items that say "Online only item" on the website. With tool rental, this store has everything I need to get the job done. Im not concerned about lines in a warehouse store, its a lot more convenient waiting 15 min in a line, instead of 3 days processing, and 3 days shipping when ordering online.

Hard to get help, but once we got someone, she stuck with us. She had worked in several departments throughout her years of employment and went from department to department to help us find what we needed, even in some areas wed already checked and given up on. Definitely need more employees like her to get 5 stars.

Spent 45 minutes at Lowes on Miles Rd. not being helped or finding what I needed. Spent 15 minutes at Home Depot Libby Rd. I was asked if I needed help by two people one got me to the electric isle man. The electric isle man helped me find exactly what is wanted and gave me helpful advice. Thanks!!!

Probably the worst HD Ive ever used in terms of selection and customer service. I only come to this one because its the closest to my home. The next nearest one is in Highland Heights and has a much larger inventory and a staff that on average seems to actually give a damn.

Very similar to the other Home Depot locations I have been to. Some staff members are very knowledgeable and others are less knowledgeable, yet there is usually someone nearby willing to offer assistance.

Its dirty and theres not enough cashiers or people who will help others unlike the Macedonia store which is great at everything especially Rene and Heidi and the Pro desk folks

Unbelievable I waited 45 minutes to get a electrical breaker off the shelf that was locked. What a joke time is money and this home Depot is waring my money.

Helpful staff with a cordial disposition. This location has auxiliary power so even when the power goes out in the community, this HD is fully functioning.
