Usually have what I need. Female staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, male staff have a "know it all" attitude, dont listen then try to tell you what you need. I asked where the skill saw finishing blades where and he tried to sell me a ripping blade, saying they last longer.....however he completely ignored my answer to his question about what I was cutting, which was a 1/4 in sheet of solid cabinetry wood...a ripping blade would have destroyed it. Ive asked for help loading wood and stood there 20 min before just doing it myself....same with asking for help with pulling Windows off the shelves. 2 staff in the next isle refused to help. Stood there with thumbs up their butts. If you know what you need, and know where its at, its convenient. Oh, and DONT get anything from the hot dog vendor outside... I went to get a dog yestetday, an elderly black woman in an electric disability scooter and her granddaughter had been patiently waiting for the vendor Guy to get finished chatting with other, already served, customers. He walked back to the cart, automatically came to me instead of asking who was next. I told him they were there first. He asks what theyd like and the woman says, "my granddaughter would like some of the ice (Italian ice)" He acted like he was going to get it, then turned to me and asked, "what was it you wanted?" I said, a sausage. He then turned to put the sausage on instead of taking care of the childs order. She, and I dont blame her, left. THEN he turns to me and said she had an attitude. I said, "no she didnt, you ignored her order and started mine instead. Id have left too." He says, "well the kid didnt know what she wanted." Well, maybe he shouldve asked her...which he didnt, before basically ignoring her. THEN he ASKS me if I want to add a tip. AYFKM???

Se eu morasse aqui perto, frequentaria a loja semanalmente. O acesso ao estacionamento é muito fácil! A localização da loja é perfeita! A loja tem uma rede de funcionários para prestarem serviços de manutenção e instalação para o que for adquirido em suas dependências. Foi uma grata surpresa saber disso, porém você precisa ter tempo para negociar com eles não por causa da loja, mas sim por fatores que a loja não pode controlar, como por exemplo os serviços de maior vulto no imóvel quando é necessário autorização da prefeitura. Recomendo...

Michelle and Torey are the most pleasant home depot associates weve come to deal with in a very long time. In the past weve been caught a time or two rushing to the register during closing hours with the most unpleasant experience. The closing procedure goes something like this, "well be closing in 5 minutes. Were now closed. Well be closing the registers in a moment. Check your isles escort the customers to the front now please" I guess you could say its some what a turn off thinking your buying something at a store and when the clock turns, it turns more into boarding school or a prison and the employees should arm bar you out the store. NOT AT THIS STORE. Michelline, Torey & Ashley Jones are the kindest more helpful associates at home depot weve come to experience. We will only do business at this store because of them. Little did they know my google profile, if you click my picture, it will show Im a official and awarded google review critique with the ability to deeply impact a stores rating both good and bad. Fortunately for them, and our experience, it was as pleasing as it could be at the store and writing this review. What a horrible store! Dont go to Pompano Beach store! My husband went there today to buy 2 doors for our house and NO ONE would wait on him. A gentlemen sitting at the desk totally ignored him, and when my husband asked "is there anyone here that can help me?".....he replied "I dont know what to tell you, Im not even suppose to be here". Went to the front desk and asked for manager. 15 minutes later....no one showed. Same exact thing happened to us last year when we were there trying to buy windows. Go to the Deerfield Beach store. They are awesome there. 3 people helped him with the doors - without him even asking.

Ive officially given up on this Pompano Beach Home Depot location. Ive lost count of how many times Ive seen on their website they have products I need in stock, only to get there and they dont have them. I ask for help and the staff cant find the product either. From electrical, to lighting, to patio screening, their inventory is FUBAR. This problem of theirs forces me to visit two Home Depots each time... now only one, as I will not be going to this one again. The Home Depot in Coconut Creek is on point and their staff is beyond helpful.

I frequent this home depot a lot.. and i mean a LOT.. Cons: better not have a heart attack because by the time a store associate can be found to help, youll be cold... no service at all, Pros: paint.., the paint employees are always helpful and quick..My only reason for the 2 stars instead of one .. i wish they would get rid of they guy with an ipad asking homeowners survey questions about their water and put an employee on the floor.. a 15 min trip turns into an hr and 1/2 mile of jogging after employees if i need any help

I purchased online a fan to pick up, and the system showed it available at the store. I went there next day and the item was not on the inventory, so I ask for a free delivery to my house, it was not possible they ask me to go to Deerfield beach (40 min) drive to get it. If you make a mistake, the least you can do is make it easy for the customer. A free delivery after making the customer go to your store to pickup something that by mistake you dont have is not a big deal. Ill get the product other place.

Save yourself the aggravation, Lowes is right down the street. This place has terrible customer service, unmarked and misplaced products, randomly stacked wood selection, and poor quality of what is available. If the Lowes down the street doesnt have what youre looking for, try Amazon instead. Both are far better options than stepping foot in this place.

Went to your store today, met a wonderful employee named Dianne at the garden dept. She wowed me as I came to the store gave me directions to find a trap to help me catch a small animal. We called the store to ask for Tool Rental. We spoke with Joe. He told us prices and what we needed. We drove down to the store, met with Joe, picked up the rental tools, and listened to his advice. On the way out, one of the clerks was friendly and wished us well. Wish everyone did business like this! Loving the Depot!!!!
