Im going to be blunt here, the store manager is a liar. She can feel free to comment back. We ordered a floor and wanted it installed. The flooring was special order so it took 3 weeks to get it delivered. Then 2 days to acclimate. Then we called to set install date and were told that they do not install a glue seam flooring. We were not told this at any time from them. We contacted the flooring manage, Christian, who told us to pick a new floor. We told them to come and pick up the floor and refund us our money. Christian personally showed up at my house to pick up the flooring and apologized for the screw up. Christian refunded our money for the floor but not the 108 bucks for the delivery. So we called corporate customer service who said we should absolutely get it refunded. Corporate customer service contacted the store manager who proceeded to lie to the customer service rep saying that they do install a glue seam floor but that we refused to pay the extra money for it. First lie. Then she told the rep that we had a linoleum floor that needed to be taken up also adding to the cost, second lie. The room has carpeting and is on a cement slab. After threatening to cease all business with Home Depot and cancel our card they refunded our 108 bucks. We then went to Lowes. I will never again step foot into this store location because of the outright liar that the manager is. Maybe she should talk to Christian her flooring manager before speaking about something you know nothing about. I welcome her response on here to me and Id be happy to provide photos of the room or have an in person conversation with her. I cant stand dishonest people. All over a measly 108 bucks. Pathetic.

NO STARS!!!! Their employees are LAZY, UNHELPFUL, and dont even care to try to help you. I will never go back! They cant get an online order right. I ordered 5 items and 3 of the 5 were not even the correct items. IDIOTS cant read and pull what was ordered. I had to do it myself even after the stupid customer service girl walked all the way to cabinets and came back and said "we dont have them". I went there and lo and behold they were right on the shelf. LOOK dammit!!! All she said was "oh!" NO apology, no nothing! I tried to order a countertop and once again NO one around to help. I ask another employee to get someone who can help and of course NObody came. If you need to go to Home Depot go to the one in Stuart. Better employees who look like they like their job and are a lot more helpful. Dont bother with Lowes in Stuart either. That store is just as bad as this one. I will shop where I feel welcomed and where I can get positive assistance.

This store doesnt even deserve 1 star. I would give it zero Stars if I had the option!!!! I went in trying to find an AC and there online inventory said they had 11. So I made the 30 mile trip from home to come out here and when I got there every employee was too prideful to stop standing around to help me find them or look for them. I almost paid online for it and Im thankful I didnt!!! They kept telling me they were out but I had seen two customers leaving with them!!!!! I am beyond irritated with the horrific customer service. I may never ever again go to a home depot because their employees are too stupid to do the job and absolutely do not care to give people a good shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service. If anyone ever thinks they need to get something from Home Depot, I suggest you go somewhere else in order to not deal with their rude, dumb and negligent employees!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Being a single mom and preparing for the storm to keep my family safe, I went to home depot to have wood cut for our windows. Norm Graven cut 5 out of 12 windows to the exact size instead of leaving overage. I spent 200 hundred dollars on wood 9 sheets of plywood. I bring back the 5 five he cut wrong and was told that I had to buy three more sheets. I have spent literally thousands of dollars there. I have purchased all the tile for the house at one time not counting the hundreds I have spent on tools and other materials for home improvement projects. DO NOT ask NORM GRAVEN for assistance. Tony the manager was going to charge me more for the replacement lumber than what I purchased it for. Unless I really have to I will not shop at that Home Depot thank God Lowes is right up the street. Let them take out of their paychecks and see how they like it.

The worst experience in trying to buy a washer machine ever. All I wanted was a washer with no warranty all but the employee decided to put a 5 years protection plan that cost extra $100.00 dollars. Apparently its easy to sale and take your money out of your account but to returned it takes them 5 business days.Their costumer service doesnt know what their doing lack of communication and experience. Now for me to get the protection plan money back I have to call GE costumer service explain why I returning the warranty that I never wanted and also write an Email to the company explaining my experience with Home Depot but the catch is 4 - 6 weeks until I get refunded. Hooray

Joyce really stand by her customers. This homedepo Buyed me a new key after My key broke in the machine due to a new worker. But Joyce fixed help get the piece out of the machine and came over to the house my car was packed at. She said here 4 hours outside near left even after a lock smith said they would come but didnt,therefore, called another lock smith. It was my last key and Im on vacation 3 hours away from home.didnt leave until I had my key to drive 3 hours back home. Joyce stand by her customers 100% Thank you Joyce

Absolutely unbelievable! Never purchase anything at this Home Depot. Very bad customer service . $8400 order!!! cabinets and granite countertops. had five different errors. One of the associates even said well you can just fix the base of your pantry with a 2 x 4. Then when trying to returned the kitchen, the manager Tony says hes not authorized to take anything back! What a runaround! Go to Stuart store!!!

Terrible customer service, poor store layout, team cordoned off major aisles during peak time, such as lunch. Go to Lowes.
