If there were a zero rating, I would give one. I have shopped at this store for many projects, and believe me, if all turns out good, there is nothing to complain about. Well something goes bad, HD does not take one bit of responsibility. We had our countertop installed by Sims-Lohman, contracted through HD last Friday. Every slab of granite was poorly handled - dropped, chipped and damaging our driveway, our foyer and our old kitchen sink that was removed for install was not put back as requested. The incompetent installers dented our old sink and took away the connecting pipes, When we filed a complaint with HD Bridgeville on Saturday, Bill and Amanda appeared to be sympathetic and we returned to the store again because Store manager Andy wanted to talk to us. He offered no apologies. He wrote down our requests for a working sink by Monday, and full replacement which is honored by the contracting company now(HD did NOT step in to resolve). No update from HD on Monday and he was rude and stated that he did not promise anything! Four days later, we are left with a non-workable kitchen with no water, leaky gas and stains.HD Corporate is a sham, they do nothing. There is no respect for customers time or needs.

I ordered my product online to ship to the store. I went to pick up my product after it was ready. I got to the service desk and the lady at the counter was quite short tempered and didnt even check behind the counter for my package before calling to have someone get it from the back of the store. I spent 15-20mins waiting on something that should have taken 2mins. I most likely will not go back to that store

So my kid signs on for a part time job to help him through school. He is a good employee, nothing but compliments on his work. Gets told yesterday that he is "seasonal help". This was never mentioned in the interview or throughout his work. The store itself is okay, but the management is sorely lacking in the people skills department. My advice - avoid at all costs.

"Do you have a thingamadoodle to connect this?" Without hesitating, the sales associates will take you right to the aisle where your part is. I dont know how they do it, but the staff are knowledgeable in just about every area. If they dont know, they will get someone for you.

Still my favorite home depot in the area. Staff is highly helpful when you can find someone and over all some of the most helpful and/or knowledgeable folks Ive met for solutions to home problems.

Your typical big box home improvement company. Nothing lacking except maybe a few store associates to help find things.
