Went in to return a tree that I bought a couple months ago that died, first I was told to get the tag then I was told to go back and get the tree so they could make sure it was dead. so 3 trips . However I had a new card since I bought it with the new chip and I was told that I would only receive half of the value. Very nice lady was helping me, she had a manager come to see if he could help me out. Not a chance, very rude and basically told me that if I didnt want half value I could keep my dead tree. I took a store credit for the dead tree and told him I didnt have to shop there. He was fine with that. This year I have spent more than 1000 dollars there which may not be that much but it is the last $ of mine they will receive

I went to buy a washing machine. Went to 4 other stores and got horrible service..I came to this store and Renee Bentley directed me to Connie who was awesome. she answered all my questions and directed me to the right washer for my needs..Super awesome experience will send everyone I know there

That got just about everything sell there except for good service one or two tellers when they should have four or five of course they got the self service registers that most of the time dont work it is a big store

They do not carry washers and dryers in stock. Staff are hateful. Customer service SUCKS. Zero professionalism. Anyone who rates this place over a 2 is lying to them self.
