Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a water pipe, and made it back to my hotel to discover a large crack across it, without have even taken it out of the box with bubble wrap. I called and asked what I should do and I was instructed to come the next day when a manager was there, so I go to give them a call the next day and it says the phones out of service. I call the next day, (today), and explain my situation again. A very nasty employee told me he had no idea what to do and told me to come in on Monday when the manager would be there, but I am leaving tomorrow, (Saturday) and as I explained this to him he proceeded to tell me how he didnt care and it was NOT his problem. I then asked him what his name was, as I would be including it in the review, and he hung up on me. I called back again 10 minutes later and asked for his name again, and he hung up yet again. Then my boyfriend called and asked for directions and asked for his name and FOR A THIRD TIME HUNG UP ON. Worst service and most uneducated employees!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Seeing as to you can get all of the pieces in store for about $10-$90 cheaper online!!!!

The guys over here are WONDERFUL! Ive been cigarette free for 4 years now because of vaping, and every "vape store" ive been to has been awful, once i found smokey news i never had to go back. These guys know what theyre talking about and care about the custumer, not just making money. I highly reccommend them. The experience is always personal and i always leave satisfied. They help fix any problem i come accross and they do it with a smile every time!

This is my favorite smoke shop in all of Fort Lauderdale. The guys in here are super helpful, they will order you anything you need. They have a huge selection of items for my vape as well as anything else I could need from a smoke shop. Not to mention they have the best prices, specifically when it comes to ecigarette itmes, that Ive found. I will never recommend anywhere else.

My neighborhood smoke shop, I stop in there weekly for all of my cloud blowing needs! Highly recommend, always ask for Mike or Nick, theyre always so helpful in picking the right cigar for friends or e-liquids for my vaporizer. Their glass collection is pretty neat as well.

Absolutely have no knowledge of their products. The worst smoke shop in Fort lauderdale. The rigs in here are cheap knock offs and the amg is definitely not American made. If these guys knew any less about their products theyd know nothing.

They are about as rude as you get. Why do you hang up the phone on someone when you dont want to answer a question? I called back and they keep hanging up. Great business!
